After over 20 years of being with State Farm, we were canceled after 2 paid home claims, with both being related to storms (hail in 2011 and flooding in the basement in 2021 due to a failed sump pump after record rains and storm damage in the city). Zach advised he was made aware before we received the letter in the mail and did absolutely nothing to give us heads up or contact SF on our behalf. When approached about this, Zach promised to contact the appropriate individuals to see if there was anything that could be done, but we never heard from him. We have 4 cars (2 or 3 claims ever), a house, jewelry, and an umbrella policy with no claims, and over 20 years with State Farm, never even had a late payment; we will be canceling all other policies and going with an agent and company that care about their customers and is not just treated like a number. read more
