Although he was the only employee in the store, he came over right away and helped me get a start with my search, telling me which mattresses were on sale and where to find mattresses with my must-have qualities (queen, plush, covered coils). He told me that he was assisting someone else and we would see him in about 5 minutes. He returned as promised and even cut the price of delivery "because you were so patient about the wait." I was able to get a mattress with all of the qualities I deemed essential. I also got Delivery on the date I chose, 0% financing, A 10-year warranty, and a matching box spring. I did not buy the mattress cover or the bed frame at the store opting to get both at Walmart. Became of the good service, I was finished in less than an hour and had gotten everything I had hoped for from Mattress Firm. It was a good experience.
