The listings were sort of outdated and lacked the variety that I was looking for at the time. He went above & beyond to assist me! I'm happy w/my purchases from him. He also held my furniture until I was ready for delivery. He really works with his customers. He beats all the major chain prices. The only hiccup I had w/them is the delivery service was late, but I think he outsources a company so I can't hold that against him.

With the epidemic, the wait for furniture items is much longer than normal and there can be delays. They made a very good estimate of when the furniture items would be made available. They had regular email updates regarding whether the item was in or not (doesn't sound like a big deal, but much better than other places where you have to keep track of when they say it, "might be in," and then continuously call to see if it came, only to be told there is another delay). 4. The item I purchased, a small kitchen tablet set, came on time and was of good quality for the price. The only thing slightly annoying was that some of the reps didn't have their masks on covering their face (They might want to look into this because I'm guessing a lot of people don't care, but a good segment of customers will just turn around and leave if they see this - we were looking for an accent cabinet that they didn't have, if they had it but the rep wasn't wearing their mask, we would have left rather than work with that person).

There are nuances that a casual salesperson may not know, and bc we envision ours as occasional guest bed, larry rearranged the complicated setup from show room setup for us so we could try it out. He really caught some nuances we never would have on our own. So don't buy without a knowledgeable salesperson to walk u through it. Also sign ip in advance for heroes promo if u are a teacher etc and get a referral code from a customer for a final 100 off. I appreciate the patience of this store's staff with us!

We liked the concept of using one size sections which are modular to allow for creating many layouts. We came into the store with making the purchase in mind, just wanted to try out the different cushions and pick fabrics. Ally, our sales person was very helpful and showed us everything and explained the materials and different pricing options. We have to wait a few weeks for our sectional to be delivered before we can review the couch, but the store and sales team at the store were great!

We actually had an issue and a crummy experience with calling in to Casper's customer service, but when I went into the store they resolved everything and made things easy. Tamara & Ayanna originally helped us but everyone I've come into contact with have been great! So helpful to see and feel big purchases like this in person versus ordering online.

The bed frame has yet to arrive although we were told it would be delivered within the week. A $2000 mattress has been sitting on the floor for two months! We have been asking them for information FOR WEEKS on the whereabouts of the bed frame that is supposedly in stock--ANY INFORMATION--and they cannot give us any information whatsoever--via phone, email, Facebook page customer service--it's almost impossible to establish contact--and if you do somehow contact a Casper employee in any form, they give you the line that "we've escalated your case" and "we'll get back to you in 48-72 hours" answer then just stop responding. We discovered that employees of the stores do not have access to post-sales customer service at all--that they are only a brick-and-mortar store that sells product. Store employees cannot follow-up on your orders!!! So if you want to throw your money down the drain, buy something from Casper. When you don't receive your order, you have absolutely no recourse. Casper keeps telling me that they are "escalating it to senior management" or "contacting XPO"...how can they not know the whereabouts of their inventory for TWO MONTHS? There are many other customers with the same problem--check the reviews and complaints on Yelp, their Facebook page and from the Better Business Bureau.

I loved it when the "layaway" plans use to be available. I liked that then, but those days are gone. You can still have things you know you will pay for, it just takes a bit longer. That's very helpful for Big Purchases. I appreciate that as a customer. He also has a lower level for additionally items, mostly bedroom sets. I thought it was nice to be able to communicate with a professional that was interested in what I needed. Not to appear and sell me what I don't need . I also thought it was nice he wasn't overly "sale guy" pushing products I had no use for. I didn't feel obliged to buy anything and just looking to see what was available, I felt comfortable doing. I can say, I found several items were nice, elegant and suitable pieces that met my needs at a good cost point. I passed here several times while shopping in the neighborhood, I'm glad I stopped in this time. Also, they were pretty "high tech" and offered me assistance on the Web, of their other items not in showroom; but were available for delivery to my home as well. I realize as retail space becomes more expensive to hold, keeping product offsite is reasonable solution. Having it available to the customers , which they did, is essential. Good job! The order wasn't right and they are still coming to replace the cushions on the sofa. The person you talk to is obnoxious and won't let you talk... over-talks you! Horrible experience!!
