I was so happy to finally get my new mattress and adjustable bed, but to my horror all the adjustable base does is make noise promoting my neighbor below me to complaint about the vibration The adjustable base doesn't vibrate on to the mattress so all I'm getting is a loud noise making base, and guess what Nattress firm is refusing to replace or refund my $700.00, they claim a good nights sleep but I've been miserable since I purchased this adjustable base, you pay for something that working up to the standards of a good nights sleep, the salesperson needs to be honest and let you know the base is loud and you can't feel the vibration of a bed massage, I just want my money back and no I don't recommend Mattress Frim they fakes advertise a good night sleep but you can't due to the noise from the base read more

Tried to go in just to see a few mattresses we had seen online in person. Upon entry, we were greeted by Judy and we informed her we just wanted to take a look on our own did not have any questions. She followed us around the store asking endless questions, and would not leave us alone even when we asked her to just let us look. We got frustrated, left the store and drove down to Hassle Less and bought a mattress within 20 minutes of being allowed to look, shop and try on our own as requested. read more

Late review. My experience here was great. The sales person Judy (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly) was fantastic. She was patient while I tested out the beds and adjustable base until I found the perfect one. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. Great experience and walked away purchasing everything we needed. Our Sale person Judy was patient & knowledgeable and helped us buy a queen & twin mattress, covers and metal bed frame for twin bed. Top Notch Service. We stopped in and had a few people ahead of us. The employee Vince Vega acknowledged our presence as soon as we walked in the door. We went straight for the mattress we were almost positive we wanted. Not long after walking in, Vince stopped over and pointed out a few different beds and told us he would be with us momentarily and to relax on some beds. Vince was extremely friendly and honest. The entire process was painless and fast. I highly recommend this location, and why your at it, ask for Vince, you will not be disappointed! Me and my fiancé went into this location, not even sure of what we wanted, Vince immediately came up to us, introduced himself, started to explain all the types of mattresses, he was super knowledgeable, show us one that we loved and made sure that we were able to afford it, by working with us.
