They charged me $150 to make 2 phone calls. And the entire time I was in "limbo" waiting, they did not reach out once! I had to call them. Very poor communication!! Then, they prepare a simple tax return...which I still do not understand and could not get an explanation...and they charge an additional $495. For a return with one W2. Rip off! Went back and forth through email with Kristy Bramlett. Her emails say, "let me know if you have any questions." However, when you ask questions and say you don't understand, you get no answers. Do not recommend to anyone! I was going to inquire about other financial services, but why would I trust someone with my money when they don't/won't communicate with their clients??
