In every instance they've somehow found ways to communicate that we have been responsible for their errors. I'm not sure if State Farm is the issue or this specific agency.

Alexis has been great with customer service needs that we had as well. We are liking State Farm in that we can pay the premiums monthly WITHOUT an additional service fee for paying that way. When we switched to State Farm, by insuring both our home and auto together, we saved about $400 annually over the last company. Of course, a claim situation is the ultimate test of an insurance company. Hopefully, we won't need that service for a long time or ever.
