Unfortunately during inspection, we learned this roof was at the end of its 20 year life. Luckily we upgraded our general inspection to spend extra time on the roof & found a lot of issues before things could have gotten much worse. His wonderful crew cleaned the gutters, installed an ice & water shield membrane on the entire roof, a new 30lb underlayment, added cdx plywood to make the slope transition smooth, fixed a ton of random issues and used magnets on our entire property to make sure there werent any leftover nails or screws that would hurt our kids or dogs. I double checked and couldnt find any. This winter will be much cozier with the extra insulation we upgraded to with this new roof. Nothing like having a brand new roof over your head. As I say that, I cant help but feel sad for friends & people in FL as they start the slow process of rebuilding their homes and finding shelter. We have so much to be grateful for and dont take it for granted. Many ppl complain businesses but I wanted to recognize AR for job well done! I highly recommend Roberto and his crew.
