They took our engagement photos in New York City and we were so pleased that we asked them to fly to Colorado for our wedding from Long Island. The entire experience was wonderful. I felt like Matt and Nicole were there for every moment and had so many great ideas for special portraits. Not only did they take care of the photos, but I truly felt like Matt and Nicole helped me stay calm for the day. We had some weather issues, but Nicole was with me every step of the way, and she even communicated my concerns to our wedding coordinator so that I could finish getting ready. She and Matt went so far above and beyond. My husband and I could not imagine the day without them. The pictures ware absolutely stunning!! Matt so beautifully captured the feel, romance, and fun of our wedding. We are totally in love with Matt and his gorgeous work! He was the perfect photographer for our intimate wedding in Hampton Bays, NY and a reception that was a few days later in Bayville. I was floored with how perfect they were and how Matt was able to capture everything. He seemed to be everywhere all at once. He was so unassuming on our wedding and blended in seamlessly with all the guests. He was such a dream to work with especially when I changed plans on him last minute. I used Matt to do my newborn photos. He was absolutely wonderful! He came to my house, which I loved because taking a newborn out can be very stressful. He took his time with me and the baby, and it was a very relaxed experience. I was nervous because I was still nursing and the baby was only a few days old - and our feeding schedule was still very unpredictable. Matt waited patiently while I went in the other room and nursed; and then we just picked up where we left off. He let me change the baby into a ton of different outfits, hats, poses, etc and was eager to take every picture. He also brought many of his own props/hats/etc. I ended up with enough great shots to fill an entire album, and I used the photos on my birth announcements and Christmas cards! Also, he edited and got the photos to me quicker than I expected, which is always nice. I recommended him to friends who also used him for their newborn photos and I know they were very satisfied as well. I would highly recommend using Matt for newborn photos. My wife and I were looking for a photographer to take photos of our newborn, and we came across Matt's website while searching online. From the initial conversation, we knew Matt would be a good choice. He was very friendly and willing to listen to what we wanted, rather than try to impose his preferences on us. The day of the shoot, he was punctual and came prepared with a variety of props that we used to get fun shots of our newborn. He was also very patient with our son, and didn't rush any of the shots. He ended up taking several hundred photos, and gave us all of them on a CD once he finished touching them up. My wife also saw a lot of different poses online that she wanted him to try to capture, and Matt was willing to accommodate all of our requests. Recently I did a maternity photo shoot with Matt, and just wanted to say That not only did my husband and I feel comfortable with Matt the entire time but he Was also super accommodating, we were able to take pictures at a site he suggested as well as at our home for no extra charge. Towards the end of my pregnancy I started to look for a photographer to do a newborn shoot for my son and I came across Matt. I thought his pictures on his website were beautiful and his packages were the best I saw while searching online. He was friendly and very professional. He was fabulous to work, easy to communicate with and his work turned out great (with a very quick turn-around time)!
