My sister and her husband decided to take pictures on the Brooklyn Bridge and surrounding areas. As far as payment goes, 50% deposit was placed at the time of booking and paid in full when she showed up for the wedding, which I greatly regret. I constantly had to text message Pdot for the images which she always had an excuse as to why my pictures weren't ready. I asked on a couple of occasions for simply my money back, and when I did she would email me a handful of pictures at a time. The pictures that she actually forward me were low-quality, very shiny, and just a disappointment. She is not professional and I honestly regret booking her for such a special occasion.

There was a connection with John that is difficult to put into words, but it was there. From the very beginning John went above and beyond what could be expected. Beyond being our photographer, we always felt as if he was a partner in planning our perfect day. For starters, John's work is phenomenal. He (and his assistant) shoot wonderfully, with a great sense for lighting, background, color, etc. He caught every shot you can imagine, with a perfect blend of planning and spontaneity ... from the unbelievably beautiful formal shots to the wonderful unknowns which showed my husband and I, as well as all of our guests having the time of their lives! The wonderful memories of our perfect day are "sparked" and enhanced every time we look at our album or other pictures displayed in our home. In terms of being our partner, John was there from the beginning. Whatever question we had, whether or not it was related to photography, he was more than willing to listen, provide advice, and lend a hand. We wanted to take some of the formal pictures before our ceremony, so John created a special moment for Gregg and I to see each other for the first time on our wedding day. To say that I felt that Gregg and I were the only two people in the world at that moment is an understatement ... but John was there somewhere and he caught the tears of joy in my husband's eye and the magical love between us. He also helped us to make our ceremony totally unforgettable! Gregg is an avid cyclist, and John helped us to surprise all of our guests, including our entire wedding party, by having Gregg ride his bicycle down the aisle; and to make sure the bride had her special moment, John remembered that I was a runner and did a lot of strength training - so spontaneously at the wedding, had me drop down and do push-ups - in my gown! And he caught it all in the pictures. John was unquestionably an integral part of our day. In addition to his creativity, skill, and talent as a photographer, John has a special way of connecting with people and making a special day even more unique. Everyone at the wedding who interacted with John loved him; and those who have seen the pictures can't say enough about how incredibly beautiful they are. I still don't know how he did it, but like magic he turned two relatively camera-shy people into stars for the day! While he captured every moment of the day ... you never knew he was there! I found Andrew's website while browsing for photographers for my daughter's wedding. It was…read moreimmediately obvious that his pictures are in a different league from those of "wedding photographers": artistic without being artsy or pretentious, natural, perfectly composed, capturing all the emotion - each picture (of people who were strangers to me, no less) "moved" me. My daughter and son-in-law interviewed several other photographers, and quickly realized that Andrew was the one. He is a pleasure to work with and asked all the right questions of the bride and groom to find out what they were hoping for. On the wedding day Andrew had everything under control (even the things we didn't!). The posed pictures were fast and easy, and I noticed Andrew and his terrific assistant (also a great photographer in his own right) exactly once during the ceremony and reception - at the very end; they could have been watching TV in the bride's room and we wouldn't have known, they were that unobtrusive. So we have no idea how they managed to shoot hundreds of beautiful pictures, beyond any hopes or expectations, capturing every important moment and more throughout the day. As for the photos themselves, they came out more beautiful than we could have imagined. My job was completed in 10 days and it was total trash of what i expected from the review on here. First, the color of all the 15 sunglasses was totally damaged in editing and came out different from the original. The only color that retain its original color was the two clothing included. I contact the owner, Isa, he was very disgraceful, called me blind for not been satisfied with the job done and even suggested i could read when called his attention to the refund policy on their website. The guy Isa, is hubristic and unprofessional in customer service. If you are big on quality product result, don't patronize. I am NEVER using these guys job because its not what i wanted, and they still have my money with them even when i asked for a refund.
