Matt Welch recently found my husband and I our first home in beautiful Orange County, CA. I have to say buying a home is a lot more stressful and overwhelming than I thought it would be. Matt really helped us understand each step and was always ready to answer any questions we had; even if they were on a Friday night (sorry about that Matt). Being new home buyers you can imagine how nervous and unsure we were about navigating the process but Matt had so much patience and really listened to what my husband and I wanted. Which is an impressive skill since we normally don't have the same ideas on what we wanted versus needed in our first home. I truly thought it would take at least 6 months to find our home but we found 'the one' on the second buyers tour. I was shocked at first that it only took a few weeks to find our home but now looking back on our experience it's not very surprising. I say that because Matt and I been sending each other links of properties back and forth for about two months prior to finding our home. He really studied what we liked and didn't like about each potential home and by the time it was time to go on tours he knew exactly what we wanted and could go through our wish list with us and talked out each option. I think when we walked into the home that we eventually ended up buying Matt knew it was going to be the one. Of course being the couple who had a hard time agreeing, we weren't sure and had to weighed the pros and cons (which there were barely any).
