My guide, Daniel had the most calming energy and gave easy to follow directions. He made me feel safe as he pointed out the checks his team made to ensure that our journey to the ground was safe. One of the employees was repeatedly taking unauthorized videos and photos of us on his personal cell phone, while pretending to take a phone call. We confronted him and asked him to stop and he just laughed. We loved our experience paragliding but became very uncomfortable and violated by the employees at this company. As women, we would choose another company to go paragliding with.

Views were everything I hoped for (photos don't do it justice. Lauterbrunnen is the place to paraglide if it's your first time! My only hiccup was that I got a little airsick. I had asked for an extended flight time which required a lot of twists and turns to stay in the thermals. Eventually this got to me. If it's your absolute first time paragliding I might suggest the shorter flight unless you're very sure that you won't get motion sickness.
