Dr. Masters office was very kind. The hygenist that I had my appointment with (i can't recall her name) was super sweet. She was very gentle and kind during her exam/cleaning. I've been to some hygenists that were more like torture masters, and I think the hygenist is just as important as the dentist. I didn't see much of Dr. master's (no cavities for me! Yay!), but the brief interactions I did have, he was very nice and professional. I have made this my dental home while in San Antonio!

I am so incredibly grateful I found Hildebrand Family Dental--they have completely changed my outlook! I've now been in twice: once for my initial X-rays and a second time for the first half of my deep cleaning. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The waiting room is well-designed and the staff is quick and efficient. However, the real standout is the dentist Jenny. She is, without a doubt, the most professional, kind, and down-to-earth faculty member I have ever met in a medical setting. She instantly put me at ease. I told her about my anxiety, and instead of rushing me or making me feel silly, she took the time to truly break down the entire process for me.
