Thomas, I believe he's one of the Opticians, was very helpful! With no hesitation, he repaired my glasses with only 15min left before they closed! I won't be home for 2 weeks so this was a life saver because I can't see or drive without them! Excellent customer service! If this is how helpful they are in emergency situations, I would highly recommend them for routine care if you live in the area! Great team!

After I waited for roughly 3 weeks for my glasses, I got them and they were way off. I voiced this and he said "you need to wear them for 3-4 weeks before your eyes will adjust to glasses" mind you I've worn glasses my whole life. Then I tell him it makes my double vision worse, he then proceeded to tell me how I don't get double vision and how I never said anything about it before. Only to look at the chart and See it written in plain English on the paper he never bothered to look at. Yesenia is the only person in the office who is trained to submit glasses to insurance and she only shows up for work and I kid you not this is the quote from the receptionist "when she wants to or when she feels like she can". Then proceed to bill me for 2 pairs of glasses which I never ordered two mean while I haven't gotten one and it's been over 2 months. all the while they are billing the wrong insurance. Yesenia is rude, the doctor is terrible and a mighty big prick. I would never recommend him or this office. Please take this advice. They have stopped answering the phone and refuse to give me any answers. all the plaques on his walls can't save the fact he doesn't know what he's doing.
