To start off with, I should tell you that I had suffered from severe back pain from a herniated lower disc in my back from a snowboarding injury from 15 years ago. For all those years my back pain persisted and I tried just about everything short of major surgery. My research in possible treatment options led me to Dr. Bill Cimikoski. I had a back treatment by Dr. Cimikoski and I had excellent results. But one important note is that I didn't get much improvement after the first treatment... So naturally, I was a little skeptical and concerned. Dr. Bill told me that about half the time he has to follow up the first treatment that he does, (which is with Stem Cells and PRP) with one or two treatments with PRP alone. The follow-up treatment did cost me another $700, and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive, but it was only after the second treatment that I started noticing improvement. I am so happy I did not stop after the first treatment as I would have had a very different attitude and a different result. I might have even left a bad review. I'm so glad I stayed with his treatment suggestions and did not give up hope after the first try. For me and my personal experience, after all these years and trying so many things that did not work, Dr. Bill and his treatments have made my life so much better. I am back to my old self with my back feeling great again and I am no longer living with back pain. We had great snow this winter and it was the first time in so many years that I got to really enjoy lots of ski days and without back pain. I found Dr. Bill and his staff to be kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The Doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime, even nights or weekends, if something came up or I had any questions or concerns. I have never had a doctor give out his cell phone number. Pretty cool. Because of my experience with Dr. Cimikoski, I have been happy to recommend him and his office and I will continue to do so. I called multiple times about a birth control problem and the nurse station never answered, I left a message every single I time I called asking them to call me back. never did. eventually I asked the front desk lady if she could help me with my problem. she was snotty and told me I'd need to come in for an appointment before anything could be fixed. which would have been nice to know in the first place... Then told me the next available appointment was 2 months away. I asked if there was anything I could do to get ahold of my doctor or a nurse before then and she was very rude and said no. then I called my primary care physician and he was able to help me with my problem within 30 minutes no issues at all. Basically, I will never go here again because of how slow and rude and unresponsive the nurses and front desk were even if the doctor was okay.

First- I'm not into hippie & I'm not into non proven medical practices, but I'm also open to non traditional practices. I'm not rich so a doctor outside of my insurance was a little scary. Whatever I pay towards feels like a gamble. I had great reviews for this office and both Dr. Peterson and Seibold. I'm still taking my time to trust they can cure me but so far my experience's been positive. Details of a few areas below. 1) customer experience: Office manager Meghan/ Megan was soooo sweet & also soo knowledgeable. Even after my appt with the doc, she answered in-depth medication questions I expected the doc to only know. She wasn't B'sing either. 2) Blood work & check in done by Vicki/Vicky. It was the smoothest & painless I've done. I usually pass out or get dizzy. She warmed a pad for me, chairs were comfy & she was so sweet. 3) Dr. Seibold sat with me an entire hour! Ok that alone was such a valuable experience. someone care and listen. I've felt so passed off by Dr. Berman at Uof U. but Seibold shared that even when he practiced in traditional medicine he would have passed me along too because that's how they are taught so they don't know other forms of treatment for bacterial, nuero, fungal viral etc. Seibold said he's been practicing more whole body care integrative medicine for a few yrs but used to be a traditional nuts & bolts type doc. Lyme journey I've gone the traditional route was referred by my GP at UofU for a lumber puncture & MRI even though I've been sick for so long. He saw the tick that bit me & still didn't order tests. I may spend less here than what I'd pay for normal out of pocket limit with my insurance, which is 9k. I think I could save money too if I lower my current premium with my insurance.; if these treatments work. I'm still at the testing but I'll report back to share info on future experiences. Seibald shared science backed options that were non traditional and also uses traditional approaches for Lyme, such as antibiotics. Now these treatments aren't cheap but so far I'm thinking it will be less than my out of pocket limit. They have things I didn't need like weight loss stuff but they didn't make me feel bad for not being into or needing it. Just stay your course. They do a lot of stuff and don't get sucked into any up sell unless you are financially fluid. Insurance: Most things are not covered by insurance, but they will try to help get tests covered if possible.

It is very difficult to get appropriate diagnoses and treatment of late stage Lyme, mold toxicity, tic-born illness, and common co-occuringI infections and disorders. Dr. Seibold, Dr. Peterson's colleague, had openings so I met with him. I am 55 and have had a lifetime of various physical illnesses that run the gammut from acne to chronic sinusitis to ruptured discs. He is one of the best doctors I have ever been to (CA and UT). He is kind, calm, respectful, and professional but approachable. He is fully present in the room when he is with you and makes sure that you have everything you need in hand when you leave (as you know this is unfortunately rare). He listens carefully and explains complex medical concepts in a way that respects your intelligence but also makes them easy to digest. I am facing 5-6 debilitating diagnoses that are complicated to treat and include mental health components. Both he and all of the staff have shown me an amazing amount of patience and compassion. I dont have enough good things to say about him and the staff from the front desk, medical assistants to the phlebotomist.

Dr. Brian has been nice enough in the past and we went to see him and not Dr. Holmes. Appointment at 3.30 and he gets around to my girlfriend at 4:50 when she was there on time. He comes in super late and seems to be in a rush. He gives my girlfriend a prescription for UTI thankfully but just walks out in a rush without giving my girlfriend time to talk about the infection on her gums that's really bugging her. Do not ever go here, and we're finally going to stop tiptoeing around this place and just leave. Absolutely terrible man, I have no problems with any other place except for a Mcdonalds in Orem that I avoid because their food doesn't taste as good as the other McDonald's food in Provo haha. I went in to the hospital the day before after falling playing pickleball…read more(staff/nurse/doc/everyone- the were so fantastic. This is about my experience the next morning) . I woke up the next day (18 hours later and no pain meds since I left around 730 pm) and my whole leg and foot were completely numb- so I went back around 730 am. She came in (I was in so much pain and in tears). She asked questions and pretty much instantly started moving and manipulating my leg. While I cried. She then proceeded to say " I'm just tying to figure out why this is hurting you so bad. I tore my ACL 6 weeks ago and had surgery a week ago. It didn't hurt this bad at all." While I'm just crying. As she is checking " no bruising no swelling". Asked if I drove myself. I said yes. Her response " aw poor thing" she then said "whatever's going on- you're not going to need surgery" fast forward to today. My entire leg is covered in bruises and is so swollen. Orthopedic doctor said it's probably my ACL or maybe a torn tendon or broken bone on the left. I've never felt so dismissed and mistreated.

If I had to describe this place in a few words, I would say Balls Deep in Awesomeness. Dr. Blake Rapier is an amazing man and doctor. I suffered with a disease for years and no one able to figure it out. Dr. Blake with his many talents figured it out and has always been on top of his game. He cares, knows you by name and, your families names. I am grateful for this doctor and his entire practice.

It was due to a birth control and I wanted answers about what I needed to do and if a different birth control would be better. The phone reception is awful and takes forever to get a hold of anyone. Then I was told several times my doctor or a nurse was going to call me back and I never got a call. This kind of back and forth went on for a week (after I was already experience this issue for 2 weeks). I don't like being treated like I don't matter and like my medical questions are just going to get pushed to the side. The incision was made too large for the replacement which caused an infection and the nexplannon to slip out. After this incident I still continued with my care through them. I had it placed in my other arm. It comes time to get it replaced again beginning March of this year. When replacing it they had informed me the one being replaced had migrated a bit. After the replacement I noticed you can see the nexplannon bulging through the skin (too close to the surface) with an ache ive never experienced. I called with my concern and after 3 calls back my answer was that this is normal and to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I knew this wasnt right as this is now my 4th time having it placed. I work in healthcare myself and had one of our Nurse Practitioners take a look. She stated to make an appointment ASAP and get it out. I will not return to legacy as I have felt unheard and pushed to the side. I have made an appointment with Dr. Jensen in Salt Lake City to take over my care. Legacy please do better.
