After 12 years of renting, we were more than ready to buy a home. We just wanted to make sure we were treated fairly and with respect. After applying for a home loan and getting pre-approved, Steve Wolff was assigned to be our real estate agent. On the same day the pre-approval came through, he called us and set up a buyer's consultation at his office. To me, that was impressive. For one, the turn around time from him was quick and it was during the evening hours on a Friday, when most people are getting off and are in weekend mode. We were very impressed but still, scared and nervous. Those feelings vanished that following Monday when we met Steve for the buyer's consultation. The material he had laid before us was impressive and it outlined the entire buying process, from putting in an offer to taking possession of the property.
