Matt has a lot of experience buying and selling homes throughout California. He is very much aware of rules and regulations within the real estate world. He is great at differentiating disasters and opportunities. I made him take me to almost 30 homes. After crossing out a few houses that didn't pan out, I ended up purchasing a newly remodeled cozy home in the beautiful city of Roseville. Fun fact, this was the one house that I didn't see in person when I placed my offer! Matt drove to the property in the midst of the Paradise fire haze and gave me a virtual tour. I was skeptical at first, but once I saw it in person, I fell in love with it! New stucco, new paint, new guts all the way down to the studs! But if there's one thing I can tell you about remodels, it's that nothing is ever perfect. Trust me, I do this for a living. There were a few problems with the house that Matt addressed to the seller.
