We called Dr Palte's office after 5:00 pm and the next morning, Michelle called from the office and got us an appointment for the next morning. Dr Palte and his staff were very kind, understanding, and compassionate. preliminary exam performed and Dr Palte sat down and explained the procedure in complete detail. unfortunately due to the condition of the tooth Dr explained options of repair and removal. I decided based on Dr Palte's opinion that the best alternative was to remove the tooth and plan for either a bridge or an implant. The tooth was removed and prep started for the implant. My experience with this office was outstanding. Dr Palte took the time to totally explain the procedures and my options and I am very confident in my treatment plan. His staff is outstanding and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. His staff also gave me documentation of the procedure and completed all the insurance forms for the visit. I plan on having an implant placed and I will definitely return to Dr Palte's office for the procedure. Great job Dr Palte and your staff.

They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days of the referral. My first interaction was with Michelle who I immediately loved. She was very kind, welcoming and explained in detail what to expect from my visit. I was evaluated by Dr. Kimball, and when I say she is a real gem, that is an understatement. Her passion for dentistry exudes from her like a ray of sunshine. She was very sympathetic to my situation, and immediately after the evaluation began the first phase of the root canal. Her assistant Crystal, and her work together like pancakes and syrup. There interaction with each other is both professional and comedic, and definitely takes the edge off from undergoing a dental procedure. I could go on and on with my review, but in a nutshell, I would highly recommend this Endodontist if you want to experience an anxiety free procedure. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

When it comes to medical care, I value skill over all other factors. Dr. Aminlari is the best technical Endodontist I have ever encountered. He ensures that the area on which he needs to work is completely numb before doing any work. And when he works, he does so quickly and efficiently. In addition to surgical skill, it's nice to have a good beside manner and Dr. Aminlari has that as well. He and his support team are relaxed and friendly, creating a positive environment for what most people consider a traumatic experience. During a procedure, they regularly check to make sure you're OK and make adjustments as necessary. Obviously, no-one wants to have extensive dental work done but when it's necessary, you want to have it done by the best doctor you can find and Dr. Aminlari is definitely at the top of his field.

Dr. Aminlari/A2 endodontics was able to get me in within one week for a "questionable" tooth that was only intermittently hurting. They were able to provide me a price range over the phone when I scheduled, and on the day of the appointment the office staff and technician were very personable, open and friendly. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and this was only because I had arrived a bit early. I have an unfortunate anatomy/physiology such that it is difficult to get adequately numbed- it takes a lot of shots and extra time to block pain signals. Dr. Aminlari was committed to making sure I was as comfortable, and was not at all judgmental or rushed like most other dentists that I have seen. He was not concerned about the time it took; while it required some trial an error to see if the local was adequate, he was very responsive to my indications of pain and immediately stopped to administer more when needed. The actual root canal procedure was very quick (especially compared to others I have had). He was also very patient with all of my nosey curious questions about tooth anatomy, and which intrument does what, haha. It was a chunk of money for me to be sure- but an imminently fair and reasonable price, in my opinion, given the years of education, training, costs associated with running a business, employing staff, etc. Also, I have paid a lot more at other dental specialists for inexcusably poor service/outcome, so I am more than happy to pay someone who does a great job and is also kind. Who wants a root canal? Literally no one. Did it hurt a little at times? Yes, but they did everything in their power to minimize this; they were super nice and responsive and I felt safe there. They got me out the door in just over an hour. They even called the next day to check on how I was doing, which is rare these days. I would go elsewhere or get a second opinion before complying with their recommendations. Also, beware of their billing practices. Charged me twice, even though they told me I wouldn't be billed because it was the same tooth. Had to argue and fight to get refunded...

I was referred there by Mercy Seat Dentistry for a #3 cracked tooth. My appointment there was immediately rippled with unpleasantries upon my encounter with the first employee, the most blonde receptionist. I was immediately asked for my insurance card before they asked for any type of personal identification. I told them that my referring dentist should have that information. I was informed that they would have no problem billing me and I could provide my insurance at a later time. The first nurse to take x-rays was professional. She asked me about my charting and I said that yes I had filled it out correctly. I was told I had to go to another room for more x-rays. The next nurse who took the next x-rays started out professionally until she informed me that I needed a visual oral cancer screening. I respectfully declined that and make a note of it. The initial meeting with the dentist, Dr. Bryce, was cordial, but then turned to an unauthorized head and neck examination followed by a verbally unauthorized oral cancer screening. I then informed the Dr. I had a right to deny the oral cancer screening, but he said he didn't know if I had that right to deny it. After a final disagreement with the same receptionist while she required a $200 down payment, I asked if I was being detained and left the premises. Future customers here forfeit all rights and liberties at the door.

I was basically rushed out with an active infection and told to consult an oral surgeon ASAP. I had to ask for an antibiotic for the interim, which he told me "not to take unless I needed it." When I consulted my dentist & the oral surgeon later that day, both said to take the antibiotic immediately, as the numbing may not work during the treatment I needed with an active infection. Dr Doering also refused to prescribe me the treatment for a very common symptom of this antibiotic, which is standard process for the issue I experienced and has never been a problem with other dentists in the past. I was billed over $300 for hardly 5 minutes of Dr Doering's time, yet felt like I was disregarded because I did not end up spending big $$$ with him for treatment. Very happy to take your money, but incredibly reluctant to offer any necessary medication. Do not recommend.
