If there was any area I would say there could be an improvement: some trim and surfaces were not well-masked or covered and dried paint and dust had to be scrubbed and cleaned off of trim, floor, or other surfaces. This was not the end-of-the-world and Segor did some of this clean up, but some was left to us and I would prefer if this could have been more avoided.

Ray and his grandson did a wonderful job. Ray is very conscientious and an excellent painter. He has many years of experience and is a perfectionist. We could not have asked for a better outcome. We have had a leak in our sun room from the skylights for several years. I was introduced to Loren Hoch by people in my area. This summer he tackled the leaks and based on not having any damage in 5 months I have declared it fixed. This week he fixed all the water damage in the sun room. He re-stained the wood around the skylights, repaired the ceiling, repainted walls. You wouldn't even know there was ever any damage. The painter went above and beyond, even as far as to clean any paint off the wood floor (that was actually paint that I had spilled myself - and was just putting off). You don't pay for the services until their done (not even a deposit). When I went to pay i wanted to use a credit card, but there was not someone in the office to take it, so I gave the painter a check. I called the office and let them know I really wanted to use a credit card (b/c I was trying to earn points), and they told me no problem, shredded the check, and took the CC payment over the phone.
