I've never gotten in any kind of trouble before and had no clue how to navigate the legal process. The team got me set up with attorney Zach Richey and paralegal Sofi who were both excellent and answered all of my questions throughout the process. They didn't judge me for my actions on the worst night of my life - just did everything they could to help, I had my final court date this morning and despite refusing the chemical test and having my blood test come out to a 0.295, Zach managed to get me a plea deal for nothing but the mandatory court fees. In the end Greg Shelley blamed my father and didn't even offer an apology. We were still charged thousands of dollars and my fathers Will was never implemented. Greg was always traveling out of the country and we were never able to reach him while my dad was actively dying and could still talk. I would avoid Bose if you love your family and you want it to remain intact. If this is how they treat their own law partners after death, they will have even less care for you. Bose Mckinney and Evans Estate lawyers are careless and lack integrity. When you are grieving you need someone trustworthy that cares about your family. Bose showed no care for my father and the 60 years he gave them. My family is now estranged and my fathers wishes died with him. This was my experience with Bose. I am aware that it is considered one of the best as my father was a partner there and did incredible work. We were able to move my moms estate from Bose to a smaller more personal law firm in Indianapolis and I wish I could have done the same for my father.
