I had heard a commercial on 98 rock awhile ago advertising The Smile Design Center and decided to research on the internet and setup a consult. I was so nervous when I had my first visit but Linda and everyone made me feel so comfortable. They took me on a tour of the place and told me what each room was for. They explained everything they were going to do and asked me if I was ok along the way. Their techniques and machinery are state-of-the-art and they even have cable-tv so you can watch while you're in the chair! I have been for the sedation dentistry, regular cleanings and ZOOM! teeth whitening and I now can say I am totally comfortable with going to dentist! I love the way my teeth look and feel and I really like everyone that works there. They also are going to help my fiance out with a mouth-guard to help with sleep-apnea in the near future. I would recommend this place to everyone! If you are afraid of the dentist, check this place out, it was alittle steep in price but they work with you. (anything is better than going back to the run-of-the-mill dentist)

I have always had a fear of dentist because of past experiences which were very painful. I researched top dentist in Maryland and I came across Dr. Kuzmak, Towson View Dental Care and decided to give them a call and make an appointment. I was very nervous about the visit because I had two broken teeth with only the roots left in my gums. Upon my arrival I was meant by a warm and welcoming staff. Dr. Kuzmack himself came out to the waiting area to greet me and to offer me a bottle of water. That definitely helped take the edge off. He explained everything to me before he began the procedure. I always brace myself for the initial needle stick and deep burning that follows from the Novocaine... However to my surprise Dr. Kuzmack pulls out a device that he uses in conjunction with the needles that massages your gums during injection which helped to alleviate any pain! I was totally taken back that I did not feel ANY pain the entire procedure. No pain from the needle or the root extraction. Since the development of new advances in cosmetic dentistry I researched the named experts in this field. I decided upon Dr. Haywood since he had an excellent reputation and years of experience. He took a lot of time with me during my consultation since I had a lot of questions. He was very down to earth, respected what I had to say, and really listened. Never has he made me feel rushed. After my consultation, I was impressed with the newest techniques and procedures he described that would be utilized to make a replacement. He offered several options and I decided on the one that I felt would be the most beneficial to me and achieve a pleasing look to the eye. There was incentive for paying in full, but certainly other financial arrangements could be made. Let me say, with no reservations, Dr. Haywood is a caring, cosmetic surgeon with a great dental chair manner.
