Recently, my insurer drastically increased my rates without informing me why and the only way to address this was to work with Brian. I got in touch with the office and expressed my interest in getting this corrected or having other options before my policy renewed and managed to get Brian on the phone to discuss. He promised I would receive options or a solution by the next business day. I never heard back. I ended up switching to a different insurer (not through avail) and it took multiple attempts to get Avail to cancel my old policy. I think of the whole point of working with an agent is to get better service than dealing directly with an insurer -- with Avail that was certainly not the case.

I found out all this after we switched to another agent, Virginia Tam, who helped us lower our Farmer's premium and straighten our policy so the policy reflects our current house so we get paid out if there is any damage. she was recommended by my cousin. I am kicking myself for overpaying for our home ins for over 7 years. Mike is a great salesmen and he sold us a policy and kept us through his scare tactics. He's a talker, therefore you don't get the correct info. I would highly discourage anyone from using Mike. I reported him to his district manager and I got no response.
