The weather was perfect. There were roughly 25-30 attendees. My littles were thrilled to be here. Naturally, I kept a close eye on them to ensure they didn't run all over creation! I can't say the same for other people - a child (roughly 10yrs old) almost drowned. The Youth lifeguard on duty in that area sat there and watched the child struggle instead of springing into actions. Thankfully, the event coordinator replaced him with another lifeguard The party host requested he be removed from the event. This gave everyone quite a scare. Let's discuss the slides - I think my husband and I were the only ones who went down the slides. We're such big kids. They were fun. The kids play area also had two waterslides which my girls have thoroughly enjoyed. This one is they've never been to a waterpark before. So this was their first experience and they had a lovely time.

I've been…read morethinking about coming for quite some time so today I walked in, and I met with one of the ambassadors "T". SheShe's very friendly and personable. She was very knowledgeable about the equipment and what the gym offered. In fact, many of the ambassadors that I did spoke to over the phone has been informative and very friendly. They do not rush for you to sign up for a membership. In fact, you can sign up as member and do a trial seven day and cancel anytime. You can also become a member and cancel anytime with a 30 days notice. There are so many options, if plans change and need to remove members from your account or add. Group classes for various of times throughout the day and trained lifeguards for the pool areas. it appears to be safe within the facilities. This is a convenient day spa to unwind and relax. The level of professionalism and schedule conflicts that have risen from Glendy in trying to get my…read moredaughter swimming lessons has been abysmal. I began to try to schedule lessons in June 2021. When we got lessons lined up for July, she canceled due to her getting COVID. After months of uncertainty of when rescheduling would be possible (due to her health) we sadly decided to cancel lessons and try again in 2022. I set up lessons in February/March 2022 for July 2022. Everything was set. I received an email confirmation and text with lesson details (which were very demanding) about a month ahead of lessons, and then a few days ahead. Today, on the first date of our scheduled lessons I received a phone call from Glendy saying she did not have me on her schedule for my time slot and if I can take a slot 2 hours later. As we live in Houston and Glendy is 45 minutes away, I told her I would have to speak to my husband about the change as we both work. I spoke to my husband, and we rearranged both of our work schedules for the entire week. Glendy then calls me back and says we do have a slot that she was just looking at the wrong schedule. I informed her that we just moved our entire weeks around and she apologized for the first time at this time. She then said she would try to move some things around. I got a text saying she will "make it work". I got another call and she said for us to come anyway and she'll "figure it out". What does that mean? I told her I didn't want my daughter to have to share a session with anyone and she raised her voice with me, told me she wouldn't do that, and hung up on me. I sent Glendy a text saying I didn't appreciate her hanging up on me especially after we have been accommodating on all the changes. I got another call from her saying she figured out a solution by asking another family to move their session and we would get a session today later in the evening close to the rescheduled time which I accepted. Now out of the blue, this afternoon she called me to cancel our lessons indefinitely and that we can find someone else to give our daughter lessons. This woman is unprofessional and unorganized. I do not recommend her services.
