There are always notes to contact me. That much is true. However, the drivers sometimes don't read them. Sometimes ignore them. Sometimes incorrectly interpret them. Occasionally they even follow them and get it right. I am not stating anything here except the truth.

Since December 7th 2018 up until January 14th 2019 I've paid over $1,200 for propane. They price gouge you to death. This is my first time dealing with propane and I use it only to heat my own. And they've done nothing but take advantage of me. I've never written a review about any company I've ever dealt with. What this company has done nothing but ripped me off since I started using them. Starting February 11th I found another company that will service me. And their price for propane is almost a full dollar a gallon less. I hate Suburban Propane and would never recommend them to anyone. Please stay away from Suburban Propane they're the worst.
