They were horrible so I started to fix things myself. I found Accurate Lift Truck after doing some google searching and was happy to see they'd sell parts to me. After to many let downs from the other company, we switched to using Accurate full time about 4-5 years ago. Unlike the other reviewer (sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee), we've had nothing but excellent service from these guys. They've been able to get here almost every time with-in 24 hours, which is so important when your forklift is the backbone of your operation. They used to work on our older forklift before we traded that in for a slightly used Mitsu (all through them). The sales guy has even turned us on to used equipment, provided contact and not even taken a cent for it. They've hosted training sessions here to get everyone certified up to OSHA's specs. They've brought us loaners when repairs were extensive and we needed to keep production going. They've made custom wiring harnesses for our ancient CAT when replacements were no longer available. Seriously, I've never been disappointed in these guys. The tech's are ALWAYS courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Top rank outfit in my opinion. I'm not really one to write reviews, but I couldn't help myself when I see someone take a dump on them like the previous reviewer. I purchased/rented one last summer in the Richmond Shops shopping center in Fishtown, next to the Pep Boys. I wanted to exchange it for a new one for the summer, but they're no longer available in the shopping center. It needs to be said without any doubt in my mind - I have never been to the actual Gas Pro location in South Philly. I looked around to see if there was anywhere else closer to me that I could make an exchange, but couldn't find anything, so I tried to get in touch with Gas Pro. I called on a Saturday in the one o'clock hour; Google said they're open until 2:00 on Saturdays. I know Google times aren't always accurate, but when I called and it went to a recorded message, the message said that I had called DURING their hours but nobody was available to take my call. It said to leave my name & number...but then it didn't take me to a voice message system where I could do so. So then I messaged them on Facebook, an exchange documented in my attached photo. I explained that the vendor I got my tank from last year is no more and asked where I could get another one. I also asked about their hours. The responses came off to me as rude and condescending - whoever was on the other end basically tried to say there's no place other than their main location to get their tanks, which was certainly not the case last year. And then he/she lectured me on the difference between a place being closed for the day and out of business. Not only was this needlessly condescending, but it suggested the person didn't understand my two fairly simple messages (aside from the typo "for me grill", which has nothing to do with comprehending my point). The last thing said was that they close at 1:30 on Fridays, despite me having called at 1:46 and their recording saying that I'd called during their hours. Maybe they're worth your while for larger-scale needs, but their customer service leaves something to be desired and sounds oddly unaware of where Gas Pro products were available just last year. I'll just get Blue Rhino or something that presents fewer headaches.

They also sell welding supplies. You hand off your tank and go inside the office to pay. The man behind the register was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I filled up a 5 pound tank of CO2 for $10.80. I use this for my water carbonating machine. If I kept using the proprietary tank that came with the machine, it would cost $15 for a 14oz tank exchange. 14oz for $15 = $1.07/oz vs 80oz for $10.80 = $0.14/oz You can get CO2 from a lot of places, like homebrew stores or paintball/sporting goods stores, but they tend to be much pricier. If you need some CO2 I highly recommend this place!

They also have carts inside the storage building to assist with moving items. Overall, this establishment did it's job and I had no issues while there.
