I told him to install the valve and I would go. After a back and forth where he said he was going to kick my a**, he took the tire and threw it across the parking lot. I told him I wasn't leaving until he handed the tire to me. He told me he was going to call the police, I said good. I waited and he came out and got the tire and rolled it to Rudderow Ave. I just waited. He finally told his minion to get the tire for me. Good bye!

First the kid they sent to pick my kubota could not figure out how to load it on the truck, glad I was home to do it for him..I paid in full before seeing the invoice, HUGE MISTAKE, I then contacted Oscar many times with no invoice sent to me, so I put a cc dispute, seems they got paid anyway with one of the charges on the invoice I finally recieved as various other repairs??? also was double charged for a flasher assembly which they did take off the bill after it was paid.. the owner Brian was mad because I didn't get a chance to return his call as I was filling in for a person at my job and working 16 hour days and simply didn't have a second to call him back.. point is, "various other repairs" does not help me to understand what was actually repaired to try to prevent it happening again. Last time I will ever take it there for service...

They kind of have this "we're the only game in town" air about them. They aren't big on customer service, and they tell YOU when they will be coming to service your stuff. Even with that, the few times I have used them, the tech they sent out was at least personable. The LAST dude they sent here was miserable. He knocked on the door, and when I opened it, he had an attitude about my fence being locked. (It's locked for this EXACT REASON: service people just open it and walk into my yard. I have 2 dogs that have gotten out TWICE before I added locks to the gates.) So, I unlock the gate and explain the situation to him. He drops a few F-bombs before getting to work. I go inside, and HAND TO GOD, MAYBE 10 minutes later, I look outside and he is gone! I literally thought he left to GET something, because there's no way he finished and left that quickly. So I go outside to check, and everything is unhooked, and yes, he is done and left. I check the controller module, and he left it on, and in the "run" position. Had I not checked, this thing would have been calling for the system to run all winter. The last tech turned it off and unplugged it, before putting the cable away. This dude just barely did anything, then pieced out, with the system still running zone 6. I was SO taken aback, I was like, "maybe they just decided to just leave, and not charge me." Nope. Like 3 days later, I get an invoice for $108 dollars. The ONLY reason I paid it is to have proof that they "winterized it," should the pipes freeze this winter and the system needs to be repaired. Since living here, I've learned that there ARE other lawn services, and I will 100% be utilizing them in the future. Never again for The Sprinkler Company. The only reason it isn't a 1 star is that the OTHER techs they sent the other times, were at least thorough.

I hired them for a spring cleaning to get rid of the leaves in my yard and my beds and my ID and pick up branches Etc. I ended up picking up most of the branches before they came because I had to mow my lawn. Two guys came out for about 90 minutes and cleaned up a portion of my backyard. Leaves were still all over the yard and in the beds along the house and in the ivy. Even though the work was not completed as contracted they charged my card the remaining balance. They never apologized. Never provided follow-ups and never did the job that they were contracted to do. They are lazy and irresponsible and are horrible at customer service. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone.
