I ended up deciding to purchase a more expensive mattress from this store. The guy who I dealt with in person was ok but didn't have much personality and I think he is the same guy I spoke to on 2 different occasions over the phone and was sort of rude. (I'll update with his name if I find his card.) As for the actual mattress, couldn't be happier! It is comfortable and seems well made. The delivery guys sort of ticked me off though. Called me and woke me up at 8am saying they would be at my house in 10 mins. 2 guys showed up late at 9:30am, delivered the mattresses in plastic, and then tried to make me sign for them saying everything was in order without taking the plastic off so I could inspect it. I told them no, he needed to remove the plastic so I could inspect for damage (as the sales person told me to) and it seemed like he was bothered by me saying that. He ended up doing so and I signed off after seeing no damage. The other thing that sort of bugged me was how in your face the were about wanting a tip for delivering the mattress. They had a dollar bill attached to he top of the clip board that he handed me to sign that had TIPS written all over it and he was sure to tap it as he handed me the clipboard. Considering how much delivery costs for some customers and how much I paid for the mattress, I don't think I need to be hassled to give a tip to 2 delivery guys who show up late and do the bare minimum of their job then ask for more money. Smh. Only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is cause the mattress is nice. Luckily, unlike others, I haven't had to deal with any customer service or it would probably be lower from what I have read in other reviews.

I asked if I could purchase a floor model and she agreed to arrange that. However, what was delivered was a new mattress. I returned the next day to inquire but the man working then abruptly told me this was "his store" and he didn't care what another salesperson had done. He said I couldn't have a floor model and that I just needed to break in the new bed by sleeping on it for a while and get used to it. I said I had barely tolerated an hour on it, so how was I to break it in! He finally said he had several new mattresses in stock (what about the one at my house!) and so could replace the floor model if I wanted it, but this would involve another delivery fee and the $129 comfort exchange cost. I asked, since it was "his store," if he didn't back up his salespeople. Well, clearly no. There was nothing written on the sales slip about the floor model arrangement so I ultimately had no recourse. And he obviously didn't care much about happy customers because another customer came in during this time and I actually mouthed I'm sorry to her for the way the verbal exchange was beginning to sound. I called corporate, talked to customer service and got what I expected - company policy. But do they have a policy for backing up their salespeople's shortcomings? Perhaps other stores are better, so I recommend finding one of those before doing business with this one.

And to top it all off NOT SETUP , when other place deliver and setup for free . But ok ok what ever . See the thing is , they was trying to sell us damaged goods in the beginning, which I politely said ( I have never bought my kids anything damaged or broken for a Christmas gift , and I won't start now .
