Meeting store manager Brittany was much appreciated as she made the whole process a whole lot easier due to the fact that she was respectful, not pushy and very knowledgeable! She never hesitated to answer any and all of the questions I threw at her and gave me plenty of space and time to test out multiple mattresses during both of my visits. During the move i got some dirt on the mattress cover and when the replacement came I was told that my warranty was void due to it being dirty. I washed the cover to the standard on the tag and everything came out, but when i called to get it replaced the store told me that it was possible that i used chemicals and the warranty was still void. Needless to say i got pretty upset at the fact they were stonewalling me. Now I have a $3700 mattress sitting in a spare bedroom. Never buy from any of these stores, and never buy tempurpedic.

Allan Slaydon helped us both in Oct and also in Jan when we made the upgrade. Allan is very knowledgeable- friendly and not "pushy". He wants his customers to be satisfied. I insisted I did not like pillow tops and he insisted on selling me one and I caved under the pressure 5000+ later I get in touch with corporate and there's absolutely no way to get in touch with them so people be aware when you shop at mattress firm. You have to constantly deal with sales person which to no avail helps. They will not take back the base from the adjustable bed and that alone was $1900. I will no longer be using it and I still have to pay for it because they will not take it back.. So living on a fixed income I have to eat the cost of $2000 of the base from the bed. Does that seem fair so beware the only people that you can talk to will only be the highest in the store is a manager. This is a very unsatisfied customer that will never do business again with mattress firm, and I also will be telling everybody that about the return policy, which is unfair.
