You have to constantly deal with sales person which to no avail helps. They will not take back the base from the adjustable bed and that alone was $1900. I will no longer be using it and I still have to pay for it because they will not take it back.. So living on a fixed income I have to eat the cost of $2000 of the base from the bed. Does that seem fair so beware the only people that you can talk to will only be the highest in the store is a manager. This is a very unsatisfied customer that will never do business again with mattress firm, and I also will be telling everybody that about the return policy, which is unfair.
