Before, I noted that the majority of items were made in China and the store lacked locally made products or handcrafted pottery. I appreciate locally made products and the craftsmanship. So it is disappointing that these products are not available. It does have a large craft section for those looking for something similar to a Michaels store. Outdoor furniture seemed to be another big seller. It is a busy store so some seem to like it. I'm not sure how the prices compare to other stores. Most of these outlet stores tend to price high. There were 2 ladies that were sorting merchandise near the check out area so I walked back & forth and asked if there was a register open. At that point 'Georgia' said not very nicely "go to register 1". I smiled & said thank you as she was clearly agitated. As I was checking out there was a prompt on the kiosk about the Loyality program. I was curious but she clearly wanted me to hurry up, making a sigh when I hesitated to finish the transaction because I wanted to know about the program. I didn't ask as she made me uncomfortable enough by being so agitated just walking over to ring up 1 item. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. It's unfortunate that she doesn't want to help customers when that is what she should be there to do.

After noticing he was supposed to purchase a queen I spoke to the manager at the time Anthony to see if I could switch out the bed itself only being that I purchased a queen size mattress and box spring from them as well. I was told on the day I purchased the mattress and box spring I could switch out the unopened bedroom frame and headboard. This was in January it is now March going into April and I have not received any help from upper management. I called around myself to several neighboring stores to see if they had the queen size headboard and frame just to be told the same thing from all they have trucks coming in. Which is the same thing I have been told for almost 12 weeks now. I am super unhappy and would not recommend this store to anyone. Super unprofessional. The manager of the Rocky Mount store has not been helpful at all. I was told someone would reach back out to me and it has been a month with no phone call. I still have an unopened box for a full size sitting in my bedroom from December. I just want to be able to finish putting my bedroom together with an entire bedroom set! Maurice and Johnny helped us today and were amazing. They had him lay on a computerized bed to see where he needed support the most for his comfort . We highly recommend this store above all the others due to the fact they actually have the beds in their store to try out vs them showing you online or pulling one out from the wall (mattress firm) .
