I do not like giving bad reviews but I think it's beneficial that management know what a customers interaction and what the customer experiences like We had a delivery scheduled which I insured there was somebody there age to accept the delivery only when the delivery drivers got there they decided they did not want to deliver the items as they said, conditions were unfavorable and unsafe there are areas that have easy access to the house houses empty as new furniture being brought in. We tried going back to purchase other things and there were issues with payments on their side . The managers were not kind in their responses or the way they spoke. Very dry direct and frankly unkind in my opinion . We are purchasing somewhere else.

Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

"No, you don't have a right to cancel after 15 hours , you signed a contract. You must keep the item." WOW! Yes, I objected, "YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT" My wife tried to talk to the charming customer service woman representative who kept interrupting her and talking over her. This whole process and interaction with Alan Wayside Furniture was a complete nightmare BE SURE YOU REALLY WANT ANY ITEM YOU BUY THERE BECAUSE "YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT" when you sign the receipt.
