He listened to our needs and wants and made several recommendations. We selected the one we preferred and scheduled convenient delivery (which went flawlessly). Second Mattress and adjustable base, same story. As an aside, we needed a bracket after delivery and stopped in at the store. Ed was off and Sudhir went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to pick up the bracket at no charge in the nearby warehouse. I would definitely recommend to anyone shopping for a mattress, go to the Levittown location and look for Ed or Sudhir. Sadly, two of us in the house had covid over the Christmas holiday. I'm convinced the adjustable beds quickens our recovery! Excellent experience in every way.

I can assure you in 2021, if you did, you'd be better liked and appreciated. Still smells the same which, hey, now that's an achievement.

It's a great place to come to compare several different models. All of their pricing seems to be in line with other big box, stores, and websites like Amazon. Actually, buying here in person seems like a great idea. There's no need to order online when you can come experience everything in person and pay fair prices. Plus, you get the product immediately. P.C. Richard's also felt like a way better experience than Best Buy. Every time I go to Best Buy, I end up waiting for someone to help me for at least 15 minutes. This location was fully staffed, and you could have your pick of employees to help you find what you need.

We have bought several appliances from PC Richard (stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine) and…read morenever had a problem with installation until the dryer we recently ordered was delivered earlier this week. The installation crew was sub contracted out and not very experienced. They needed to disconnect the washing machine, which was installed by PC Richard about 2 years ago but failed to shut off the water valve first, and then told my husband that the tubing was old and leaking (which it was not). When they put the washing machine back in place, they couldn't get it back to its original position. When my husband inquired about making sure that a connector was installed on the back of the dryer (to ensure that there was no friction on the wires caused by a vibrating dryer) they had no idea what he was talking about. On top of that, they were not fluent in the English language. I contacted our salesman, who arranged for a team to return to the home, which they did the next morning and they were clearly PC Richard employees (arriving in a PC Richard truck, with PC Richard shirts). It took them less than 5 minutes to install the connector and move the washer back to the correct position. When purchasing appliances from PC Richard that need to be installed, do whatever you can to make sure that PC Richard employees, rather than subcontractors, deliver and install. This review would have been more stars, had it not been for the first installation crew.

In less then 1 year the mattress sagged so much on one side you sleep slanted . I put in a warranty claim and they denied it saying this is normal . It is absolutely not normal and then I checked consumer affairs where this is their practice of denying legit claims and disregarding customers once you paid. Beware and buy somewhere if you have a problem that is legit they actually help you . All places are great if no problem ever exists .. but having a 10 year warranty wasn't worth the paper it was printed on . Shop elsewhere .

We visited Mattress Firm about two weeks ago. We met with a man name Jason. He was extremely…read moreknowledgable and helpful. We told him what our budget was and what we were interested in. He escorted us to many affordable mattresses. We decided on purchasing a Nectar mattress. The price was a little more than what a competitor was offering, so Jason met their price. He also gave us a great deal on the second mattress. Delivery was scheduled for the that Friday; however, on Friday, we were told it would not be delivered until the following Wednesday. We were disappointed. Mattress firm did not want a disappointed customer and compensated us for the change in delivery. We were extremely delighted. Two delivery guys arrived on Wednesday. They were friendly and efficient. Our mattresses are comfy cozy. We would definitely recommend them, but honestly, we were sold on the customer service!
