We purchased a Queen size adjustable bed in November and loved it so much, we bought a King Size in December! Ed Truzolino was our salesman, He made the whole thing effortless in every way. He listened to our needs and wants and made several recommendations. We selected the one we preferred and scheduled convenient delivery (which went flawlessly). Second Mattress and adjustable base, same story. As an aside, we needed a bracket after delivery and stopped in at the store. Ed was off and Sudhir went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to pick up the bracket at no charge in the nearby warehouse. I would definitely recommend to anyone shopping for a mattress, go to the Levittown location and look for Ed or Sudhir. Sadly, two of us in the house had covid over the Christmas holiday. I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Queen Sized Mattress, Box spring and frame in October 2017. This review is not for the Levittown Store itself but for the company Mattress Firm. The mattress began to breakdown and the springs and coils were jabbing me in the back around July of 2017. Anyway it is now October 2018 and I have curbed the mattress already. Special Collection has hauled it off to the trash landfill. I was feeling springs protrude in the mattress in all the main areas of the bed. It became so bad I couldn't even sleep on it anymore. The total purchase price of the mattress, box spring and frame was approximately $1,100. I contacted customer service about the springs protruding and all the discomfort I was feeling. They told me to download a measurable scale pic off their website and take pics of the mattress, box spring and frame with this computer printed scale on it. I submitted the pics online and waited about a week. No one ever got back to me even though they said they would in 5 business days. After being on hold for approximately an hour a representative finally answers and tells me I am not covered there is no obvious dips in the mattress from my pictures. I said who does business like this? Dips? There are coils and springs protruding and poking me in the back and legs. There aren't any dips! They said sorry we will mail you a 20% off coupon for a new mattress. I told them keep it. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. So in less than a year I was out $1,100 from my purchase at this disreputable company. It turns out the company is bankrupt and owe out close to $1 Billion dollars to their creditors that they can't pay back. So they screw their customers because of their mismanagement by tell them to keep broken down inferior products. I strongly recommend no one buy anything from this company because they do not back up their products. I bought a new mattress on Amazon and it has been fantastic. Amazon policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If the mattress breaks down they replace free of charge no questions asked and or give a full refund. I was able to have any questions answered and given information so I could make my decision without any high pressure tactics. After choosing an adjustable base I needed a mattress that would be comfortable and work well with it. Sudhir patiently explained the different types of mattresses and what would go well with the base. It took me a little bit of time to see what was comfortable and within my price range. I made my first purchase from Sleepy's at the Levittown,NY store . I decided to go with Tempurpedic because of their excellent return policy. I've been hesitant on buying a new bed because of not knowing if it will make my back problems better or not. Buying a good bed is a big investment for me. I didn't want to be trapped. My first visit we (my boyfriend and I ) met salesman, Jeff Alenski. He showed us a few beds before he brought us over to the Tempurpedic section. He emphasized with Tempurpedic (more than a few times) that I would be able to return my purchase after 30 days but within 90days if I wasn't satisfied. No questions asked. He said there would be $175 fee if I just wanted to make the return without exchanging it. Almost 30 days later I went back to the store anticipating to look for a new bed so I could make a exchange for the first one. My back problems have not gotten better. In fact, it has gotten worse. I told the salesman that was working the night of my second visit the situation. He informed me that the motorized base(almost $2,000) that I purchased with the bed was not refundable... Jeff, the salesman that sold me the set failed to inform me on that information. He said to get the full effect of the bed I should purchase the set. Never once telling me the base was not refundable, only stating I could make a return within 90 days if I was not happy with my purchase. If i would have known I could not return the base I would've NEVER bought it. The only reason I made the purchase for almost $4,000 is because I was told it was returnable if I wasn't completely happy. I was in desperate need of a bed to help my back so i decided to give it a try. It was way out of my budget but I was willing to keep it if it helped me. It did Not help! I only used the reclinable base a max of 3 times. It triggered my back pain more than just the bed alone. .. I ended up leaving the store after my second visit very upset, disappointed and feeling like I was conned. I called customer service right away and spoke to two managers, Kiana and Oscar. Neither one of them wanted to take care of the situation. I feel that it's only right they give me a full refund being that Jeff lied/ misled me into believing my COMPLETE purchase was refundable! This whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth not only with Jeff but with Sleepy's as a whole. I was going by his word and in the end I realized he is a con artist. I would just like to get a FULL refund and just be done with it. I don't feel like the customer service I have gotten so far is acceptable. I'M EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! read more

This was the third place we decided to stop in and it immediately stood out from the other places. The 1st being Macy's and 2nd being Bob's. We were greeted by a friendly sale's men named Anthony. We told him it was time for a new bed and described how our old bed was like. He then instructed me to sleep on these 4 beds to establish a baseline. I told him which one's I like then we started to try out other beds. As we were going through each one I told him how it felt and he gave recommendations. To my surprise he also mentioned how each bed was aliening my spine. Finally I decided on a bed and checkout was quite quick and easy. Overall I say Anthony was very helpful, knowledgeable, and not too sales men like, as in, rather then him steering me to a certain brand or bed, he like me pick out the ones I feel most comfortable in and work from there.
