Ordered a purple harmony pillow on may 16. It's July 13th and still don't have it. they will not give me a refund. More than 2 months of waiting for a pillow. They do not have a great system, even when they are months late they still will keep your money and tell you, you aren't getting a refund. Crazy work. read more

Fraudulent financing. I bought a mattress here, was approved for a payment plan with Mattress Express, then was surprised to receive 2 credit cards in the mail that Mattress Express had applied for using my information without my knowledge or permission. The first credit card had the mattress charged to it. I was not informed their financing option was actually a new credit card. I thought it was a payment plan with them directly. I immediately contacted Mattress Express and they refused to put me back on the payment plan they originally promised. I have disputed both credit cards. The second one was found to be fraudulent and canceled, and the first is still undergoing investigation. Mattress Expressed has refused any contact with me about this and will not provide me with copies of the financing documents I originally signed in the store. read more

Bought a Mattress and box spring last December from the New Hartford NY store and had to return due to lumps in bed after only a week of sleeping on it. Received second bed and the same thing happened. Got different bed and the same thing is happening after only a few months. The brand is American Bedding. I was told by the salesperson in the store it is a manufacturers warranty and the store isn't responsible and I shouldn't have gotten the returns I had. But you cannot contact the manufacturer as there is no listing for them and Mattress Express refuses to give me the contact information. Off to another store to buy another mattress. Im out over $1000 dollars. I was told "We sell $6000 dollar beds here, you paid $1000 , you get what you pay for. " by the salesperson. So much for that 10-year warranty I was supposed to get. read more

My wife and I went to the Watertown, NY store to purchase an adjustable bed. The salesman, William, was very informative and helpful. We came from Malone and they had an instant comfort king size bed on the floor that we liked. He mentioned that they had just gotten that particular model and did not have it in stock. He called the Syracuse location, they said that they had one and would send them their model, consequently, selling us their floor display. William and his other associate disassembled the bed, packaged it and helped load it into my truck. William also made us feel comfortable with our decision and will definitely recommend your store to our friends and family read more

I should have known better. We purchased an Eclipse mattress for over $1,500. Within one year, sleep became uncomfortable due to a sagging mattress. The 15-year warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. Just one stain will void the entire warranty. We did not even get 3 years out of the mattress before we went to buy a new from Sam's Club. One of the worst purchases I have ever made. Run away from this store. read more

Told the salesperson my wife had back problems and we needed a good mattress to support her back. Sales person recommended a mattress and said it was one of the best in the store. We bought the bed for over $7000 which I thought was a bit excessive and it took a few days to arrive because they didn't have it in stock. After sleeping on it for a few nights my wife started having more back problems than she had before and was waking up stiff and sore. In addition I started having back problems. Our contract said that because it was a special order it couldn't be returned so we never called them to complain because we knew it wouldn't do any good. We should have gone to Sleep Number. We would have gotten a much better quality mattress at less than half the cost of this one. I finally talked to Keven Fear after having the bed for 6 months and he said there was nothing he could do. His new slogan should be; "The Customer is NEVER right at Mattress Express"! read more
