Their repair man did nothing about it and lied to me about replacement. My bedroom set has drawers that won't close properly and sit flush. Only ONE item is being replaced today when it should be three! Also, the headboard is wobbly and I'm being told it's because I have an adjustable bed. Of course the salesmen told me nothing about that. Next time, I'm going back to Ashley, and I will get this rectified even if legally. I bought a service plan only to be denied replacement for something that's their fault as well as the manufacture's. This was bought online and at their Freehold, NJ store. I'm still waiting on a refund I was promised for one table.

Manufacturers purposely name beds with the exact same specifications (other than maybe the decorative fabricused on the outside) different for each retailers. Meaning you can't go to Macy's, or JC Penny's or Sleepy's or any other bed shop with one specific make/model and compare the prices in each store. None of them will have it!! It sucks, and should be outlawed. That said, I can't tell you "what a great deal I got" compared to the other mattress stores I went to! What I can tell you is this: "To be forewarned is to be forearmed". Be ready, willing and able to negotiate the price of everything! That includes the base price of the mattress, the box spring, delivery, removal of your old bed, and any mattress cover or pillows you may be talked into. A word on mattress covers... Regardless of the term (# of years) of your warranty, if you get any stains on it, the warranty is void!!! So get a mattress cover that will prevent the mattress from being stained. Sleepy's will try to sell you their "Dri-tec" mattress cover. At about $140 retail, depending on the size of the mattress, it's pretty pricey compared to what you can buy at a store like Bed, Bath & Beyond. If you buy their "Dri-tec" cover, Dri-tec will "supposedly" pay for a new mattress, if needed, even if it stains through. So take that for what it's worth. Now... a word on pillows: They want you to buy their special "the way you sleep" (or somethig like that) pillow. You buy the pillow for the way you sleep (whether you sleep on your back, front or side). Do yourself a favor... Don't waste your money!!!!!!! I'm a big guy. 6'-2", 300lbs with wide shoulders. I sleep on my side. So I bought the "Side Sleeper" version. Now any chiropractor will tell you, a man my size, who sleeps on hs side, needs a pillow which doesn't allow the head to drop too low before it is supported by the pillow. The neck/back need to "remain in alignment", as it were. This pillow was so high that my head was being pushed up thereby straining my neck. I lasted 30 minutes then grabbed my old pillow out of the closet. The killer? I took the pillow out of the original wrapping... can't return it. There's almost $80 bucks down the drain! Lesson learned: if you want to "try" it at home, don't take it out of the wrapper. This way if you don't like it, you can return it. But make sure you cover the plastic wrapping so you don't suffocate will ya?!! But I found a way to salvage some of my money. I opened a seam, took out about 20% of the poly fill, and sewed it shut. Feels great! Not bad, eh? All in all, they delivered when promised, and I would recommend them. ...just be prepared to negotiate.

He's been selling rugs at this location for 58 years and you can really tell why once you've been in the store. My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday and he created us and showed us what we were looking for, while making small talk, but not hovering or making us feel uncomfortable, like many stores often do. He had a MASSIVE selection, including more modern styles as well as Persian and orientals, some hand made, some machine and mostly wool. Prices were extremely fair, with the rug in my pictures only $250, it's a 5x7 wool rug from Belgium. I can't say enough good things about the store and Bob Ebner. It's a shame that this style of curtesy, professionalism and all around down to earth service is all but dead. If you need a new rug, this is the place for one.
