I came back to the store off Wrightsboro Road a second time and Evamaria was an awesome associate...she and Paullena gave me a great sale on a Simmons beauty rest mattress set...they were very understanding compassionate and patient...their service was beyond five stars... I'm going to suggest family, friends and coworkers to use mattress firm on their next mattress purchase..... But the delivery window it's quite long...its a four hour window I wish they change/improve that... Within the mattress trial period, I did not like the mattress, so I called Eva and asked if I could exchange....she politely agreed....I came in and with her advice I tried a softer mattress and man what a difference it made...slept so well on the Simmons Recharge mattress(soft). The transition was easy and painless, the delivery men were awesome.(Xavier) in comparison to the first delivery team.(awful) Very unprofessional. My husband and I walked into Mattress Firm and was greeted by a wonderful employee name Eva. We were looking to find a mattress for our Queen size bed and she showed us so many great mattresses. I really enjoyed how she let us try out all of the mattresses. She was so patient and even told us the difference between every mattress. We found a mattress that we liked but then she pointed out that there was a plush mattress for the same exact price!! We decided to go with the plush mattress and couldn't be anymore happier, we always have a 10 year warranty on the mattress as well.We also received purchased a mattress cover for a extremely good price which she also recommended. Today I saw the sign in the window saying QUEEN SET $179.99 so I stopped in. Paullena waited on me and I asked her if they had that deal in a full size. She said she didn't have one in stock in the store but would be happy to order me one. I explained all I really needed was something inexpensive for a guess room. Then I asked her could it be sent to the Washington Road store because I live in Evans, and she said she could do that for me. Eddie helped me narrow my choice and then turned me over to the store manager, Paulenna. She recommended an adjustable base and wrote up the sale.
