Additionally, they voluntarily unhinged my bedroom door, then rehinged it so that it would close properly. They had to move the dresser a couple of times to get everything situated like I asked, and they were also willing to help me put a mattress cover on the mattress. For the level of excellence in workmanship some of the pieces should be double or more in price. Lastly, there is plenty of parking due to its location in a small shopping center. So if you see small areas of drying out they sent it from a showroom in AZ. It's not new, 2) Bassett is now made in China. Motor on sofa quit (this one came with a tag from a store in Phx AZ area. The cracked sofa motor goes on the fritz and you are asked for a time am or pm to fix it. You ask for pm. They tell you from sometime after 1pm. Day of you get a one option call telling you service will be 10am until Noon. This also happens with initial delivery. They give you options then the day of they change it up and in their phone call tell you it'll cost you add'l delivery charge if you change it. 3) IMO This business has some shady business practices. 4) Heads up this furniture place charges for delivery are higher than any other furniture store I have bought from in this area. Those include Haverty's Ashley Macy's Great Deals on Furniture. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Going back to Lazy Boy or Haverty's. I truly appreciated the cashier pointing out the cracked/chipped glass on the inside of a vintage food storage container lid that made the purchase a "no go". Frankly, this second hand shop should have a consigner store policy of "no broken, chipped, cracked, torn, stained, no missing buttons, etc" on items allowed. This keeps the quality high, and the reputation of the store honorable. If the consigner is determined to try to sell a damaged item they should at least note "As Is" on the price tag to alert the customer, and that wasn't the case with the glass storage container. The numerous framed "Best of Consignment Shop" awards says this spot is loved by locals!
