When we attempt to shop as a family, they both make every effort to disrupt and destroy any displays they can view. Our visit to this store was certainly no exception. Even so, the owner was able to quell their bloodlust and even found way to keep them content so that my wife and I could carefully select the high quality mattresses that later served as bedroom trampolines. 2) After accurately assessing the limited liquid containing capabilities of the little creatures that live with me, the owner presented us with excellent mattress protectors. Given the current incomplete stage of potty training, it took no time at all before these protectors were put to the test. When it was all said and done, we ended up getting an 18" thick king mattress, and the adustable frame, as well as a 17" thick Queen, a high quality Full mattress and box spring, and finally a pair of twin mattress and boxsprings. So we come in to browse and are met with Marilyn. She was nice, not too pushy, and helped us get "express delivery". We were sold on the pieces and were told it'd be delivered in 5 days. While there she showed us the touch screen system that lets you get a sort of glance as to what your furniture would look like in the home. We got to view various colors, different accent pillow designs, and it was actually helpful with our decision making. We get a text a few days prior for a 4 hour delivery time frame. They showed up after the first hour, and were in and out. Quick delivery and no actual issues there. However, our pieces show up: a rug, decorative pillows, and HALF our sectional. Apparently one part is on back order, just one part...of a sectional. The store didn't let us know, the delivery drivers kept saying, ".. are you missing something?" - then to call the 1 800 number, and now we've been on hold with customer service for about 20 minutes. We won't be back, and we won't recommend others to come here either. Also, unlike other reviewers, they did not ask for a tip, but that's probably because I turned into a raging demon after not receiving my entire order. I'll be back to update if we get no where with the rest of my sectional.

They were willing to hold the furniture, with a deposit, until I could get new carpet installed. When they brought the furniture, the men were extremely careful with my walls and floors. They had to make a return trip to bring me a different box spring set that would be lower than the first set they brought me (nothing wrong with the first one, it was just too high for me). Additionally, they voluntarily unhinged my bedroom door, then rehinged it so that it would close properly. They had to move the dresser a couple of times to get everything situated like I asked, and they were also willing to help me put a mattress cover on the mattress. OUTSTANDING people to do business with.
