Visited Labor Day weekend, 11:30 Saturday. Door was locked, lights were on. We waited to see if someone was maybe in the bathroom. Guy came walking up from his car, he went to get lunch. As he was walking up, I asked if he worked there. "Yeah" with a bit of an attitude. I said, "we stayed we didn't know if someone was in the bathroom, no note left on the door". Again, his attitude showed more "if I was in the bathroom, I wouldn't like the door" as he was unlocking the door. We were a total inconvenience for this guy. We still went in to look. He seemed to come around a little. We were looking for 2 queen beds. My family member that was visiting from out of town has sold furniture. So she had some experience on mattresses. She was giving us suggestions on her thoughts. Positive vs negitive of some mattresses. She commented to the guy (who advised he's been with the company for 4 months) I'm sure I'm not the first person who's had experience and comes in to help a family member. She didn't want him to think she was stepping on his toes but she, more than him, knew what my 85 yr Mom needed. His reply, "yes I've had others do the same, your not the first and I find it very much annoying and a pain" BYE BYE - WE WALKED OUT AND WON'T RETURN. We gave him 2 shots prior with his cockey attitude. I do not recommend this place unless they change their sales person. Sorry, I don't have his name. He worked Labor Day weekend. read more

I must say we needed a new mattress and decided to go to sleepy because of the ads and sales they were running on the tv. So went there one day after work my husband and I, and the only sales Rep that was there was a guy name Anthony. So we asked about the sale he told us that the sale was over. fine, we looked around then sat down to do the application and to my surprise it was denied, so we decided on a mattress and when it arrived it was not the one my husband selected and the delivery guys just took of the plastic and left it. And then to top off everything a few weeks later the denial letter comes in the mail the sales Rep put the wrong address that's was not even tied to my credit or even me and of course it was going to get denied because I have fraud alert on my credit. I had to call all three credit major credit companies to fix everything Never Again. read more

update: it is NOW 3 months since I issues began with the financing regarding an exchange. Still not fixed. I was promised an 80.00 payment for 60 months last month first month after exchange. 275.00 second month 107.00 now 97.00. Lousy record keeping after buying out Mattress Giant. My 1500$ Sealy Parker Grove, purchased in 2009, made in 2008 gave up the ghost, support wise, over a year ago, well within the 10 year warrantee period. Called about a refund. THey cannot find my records since when they bought out mattress giant they lost a lot of records. So I'm out of luck. Neither Sealy nor Mattress Firm have been of any help, nor do they care. So, never again Mattress Firm, Never again Sealy. Other brands and other stores. read more

On Saturday July 29th we went to Mattress firm to purchase a NEW bed, we left excited that our new bed would be delivered on sunday July 30. Great customer service, couldnt have been more pleased with everything. Sunday my husband had put the old box springs out on the front porch to * help * them out save some time ( our mistake) The delivery men showed up, YAY , after looking at our box Springs and seeing a dead bug in some dust they decided not to let us have our bed. He took a ppicture of said bug and sent it to his warehouse. They claimed we had bed bugs and refused to deliver, got back in their truck and left. Now we are pissed off. I spent 4 hours trying to find out what to do next with NO answers, Not one person would help us. Then i got someone on thephone from online sales who called the warehouse and found out that The only way we could have our beds delivered was if we had the house inspected for bed bugs. It had been determined by them that we had a stage 1 bed bug infestation. Now i have gone postal. I wake up monday morning call an exterminator at PCT , Chris came and did an inspection. He also looked at the picture the gentleman took and said it was a beetle ( WOW ) He says this happens often when buying a bed even to himself. He gives me the paperwork needed to prove we have no bed bugs and i send it to our sales girl. She calls back and says your bed will be delivered tomorrow between 9-5 ( Tuesday) OK great finally we are getting some where. Then .... I get an email Monday afternoon Hello Ms. Miller, I had tried to call you at the phone number provided of 4884638576, but that is not a working number. I wanted to speak to you about your delivery scheduled for tomorrow. We wanted to inform you that, based on what the delivery team observed when they attempted the previous delivery, any delivery attempt to your door would be for merchandise that does not have any warranty. If you would want a warranty on the merchandise, you would have to provide us with a letter from a licensed exterminator on their letterhead stating that the home is free and clear of bed bugs. Please call me at bla bla bla if you would like to discuss this further, or email me at bla bla bla if you have the necessary extermination inspection report. If we do not hear from you, then the delivery would be made tomorrow with no removals and with no warranty. The delivery would be made at the door. Thank You, Adam bla bla Customer Relations Representative I Call the man and he has me email him the inspection report after telling me he wants to help us get everything right. As long as we prove we do not have bed bugs we can have our bed and the 10 year warranty. So we settle everything and my delivery is set for Tuesday. I get a call monday evening from Adam, and he proceeds to tell me they can not deliver our bed tuesday it will have to be Wednesday again 9-5 delivery window. So now again no bed. We are so disgusted by all of this and i will never ever purchase anything from mattress firm again. They turned an exciting experience into hell over a beetle on the box spring Lets see what happens today. To be continued .....Oh and let me add .... There's an employee there named Brooke that has hands-down some of the the best customer service and patience out there! Initially, I didn't buy on the first encounter. She still worked with me every time to pick out something that I would be happy with taking home. It's been a few months now and I'm still satisfied with my selection. Today ,March 19th I went into this store just to do price checks on beds,and at first I thought to myself that these price were to high but after my husband and I layed in some of the beds my mind sooned change. Plus the service we had gotten was very good and all questions were answer,so we did purcahse a bed set and and one of the nice thing about this purchase is this,if I don't like the bed after a certain amount of days they will come get it and we're able to pick another set.Plus the service we got was great. read more

We started and ended our day of mattress shopping here. It was the first location we visited and we were greeted happily and promptly as we entered. Vlad explained to us the differences in all the mattress types and helped us narrow down our search. He wasn't pushy at all and listened to our input and found us a great mattress. We told him our price range and he worked with us and got us a great deal. To top it off, Vlad set up next day delivery so we were able to enjoy our purchase right away. Bait & Switch - I thought I was having a good experience - I went in looking for a pillow-top twin set, Brooke showed me one, I liked it and exclaimed on how my grandchildren would be pleased with the cushioning of the pillow-top, so Brooke wrote up the sale. Because I liked the first and only one I was shown, I was in and out in 15 minutes. The problem arose when I found out they delivered a set of twin mattresses without a pillow-top to my grandchildren's home. The sets delivered were nothing like the set shown to me in the store. When I went back to see Brooke to get it cleared up, she denied showing me a pillow-top set and said I must have gotten confused. But, there was no confusion. I was shown just one set and discussed the virtues of the pillow-top with Brooke. She had clearly shown me one product and written up the sale as another. Given that I don't know one SKU# from another, I had no way of knowing I was being had. Brooke was nothing but abusive when I went back to see her and offered to do nothing to be helpful. Her only offer was to further rip me off by charging me for an exchange and an upgrade to the product she had originally shown me and led me to believe I was purchasing.
