Finally found my bedroom set here and the great inside scoop is that I called in advance, looking for storage beds and they sent me photos by text message based on what they had in store. I made it there just in time before they close at 7 PM on Saturday and everything was as they pictured in text and the staff was very helpful.They even offered box water for me complimentary. This location only gets a one day delivery on Tuesdays. They said they don't have a ramp so hard to deliver items there. Location in a shopping center so plenty of parking. read more

You don't always get that with a furniture outlet, which goes to show how well it's been run by the team there. While the furniture is expensive, you can tell its quality. Stopped in today to check it out and see what they had. They had a massive amount of couches, chairs, and tables. The employees asked if we needed help and were very friendly. It was really quiet inside since it was only us and another couple inside. The prices are anywhere from 50-80% off of the retail price which is great! We will likely be back here to pick up some furniture for our new home in the near future! read more

If you're in the market for new furniture and don't want run of the mill stuff and are a fan of the RH aesthetic, this place is worth checking out! I just discovered it was here and I'm so glad I did! They have everything....outdoor furniture, couches, love seats, oversized couches, tufted couches, all sorts of fantastic dining room tables, ottomans, desks, headboards, pillows and covers, lighting, coffee tables, sheets, stools, dressers, armoires, even small gift items too. Smell the non crack hand cream in British linen! So yum!! We are personally shopping for a unique dining room table that does NOT come with chairs and a deep, super comfortable, different looking love seat. I didn't expect to, but I found found both here! Not only that, but we found a specific metal chair kind of similar to the one I had been eye up at Target except here surprisingly it was cheaper plus it was sturdier! It's a large warehouse type space and don't expect customer service like you would in a furniture store. I actually thought it was refreshing to just take my time, look on my own and not have someone bugging me, following me around awkwardly. There was one young gentleman helping someone load their car and another woman answering the phone and at the register. I asked questions when I needed them answered and there was help if I wanted. I didn't find the lack of interaction to be upsetting, but just a heads up. As far as getting the furniture home, they use a third party delivery service who is familiar with their goods. If financing is your thing, they offer it here. I was definitely happy and pleasantly surprised with the variety of goods and price tags on my first visit! Can't wait to bring hubs and our measurements back! So happy to have this outlet just over the bridge and so close to Philly! A really great find!! read more

Garbage galore! Overpriced junk. Poop colored merchandise at ridiculous prices! Furniture is poorly made in ASIA! (surprise) I think not lol. I bought a piece of furniture and the veneer started to come off within a week or so. Never again. These RH outlets have all the crap they couldn't sell and for a reason. You'd think they would have some business smarts and at least mark down the stuff. The prices are just barely 10% off the jacked up retail prices. If you drive here from far away you're going to be super disappointed unless you end up getting some good deals at the other stores in the mall which by the way is not the best of Premium outlet malls. read more

Went during a week day, an hour and a half before it closed. Even still the store was completely empty. We were there with the mindset to purchase California King Bed Sheets. In the end we purchased the bed sheets plus two bedside tables. The staff was completely unfriendly, unhelpful and unknowledgeable. Even after intending to spend $300 and spent $1300 instead it didn't matter. Not an exciting assortment here or staff. read more

This is an outlet so what you see is what you get. That being said the store itself is organized and items are placed throughout the store make it easy to shop for what you're looking for. Yes, items may be slightly damaged/scratched (not all) but it's cosmetic so the piece is still functional. Isn't that's the point of shopping there rather than at the normal store, deciding if the scratch is worth saving you 30-40% or finding a piece that's from a prior years collection but still in nice shape? It's similar to shopping at home sense where most of their items have scratches or partly damaged but the quality and integrity of the products sold by RH are way better. I think the prices are reasonable for the majority of items and they always run promotions on top of the discounts (usually $25 off every $100). People are available to help or answer questions but thankfully they are not vultures like most furniture stores stalking you and trying to sell you every piece you look at. I prefer the ability to browse and then get help when I'm ready for help. I gave it 4 stars because since it's an outlet it is a hit or miss as far as inventory goes. Sometimes I find a few pieces that are worth it and other times I see nothing I like. Because of this I wouldn't recommend someone driving specifically here but if you're in the area I definitely suggest stopping in. read more

Absolutely, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The only reason they are getting 1-star is because there isn't a negative-1. We purchased a bed and two night stands which was easy enough and then the transaction fell apart. The delivery process was a complete disaster. The items were scheduled for delivery on Friday and placed back in the warehouse together for pickup by the delivery service that the store recommended. The bed arrived but the nightstands had the wrong name on the tag. My last name was misspelled and rather than call to see if the nightstands should be delivered along with the bed (because they were obviously packaged and sitting together) the delivery service left them in the warehouse. I took a morning off from work to wait for the delivery. The delivery man explained the mix-up and said they would make sure the nightstands were delivered on Monday and to call to reschedule. I immediately called the store to make sure the tags were changed. They said they would investigate the issue and get to me (which they NEVER did). I called the delivery service Monday morning and they said they could not deliver them in the morning but would definitely deliver by 4PM. I made arrangements to be home. I received a call just before 4PM by the delivery service to say the truck broke down and they couldn't make the delivery, but would be there the next morning. Ok...I understand things happen. The delivery guy said he would call to reschedule. Guess what? He NEVER called. I called and the delivery guy said he would definitely be there before 11:30AM. It needed to be before 11:30AM because I had an appointment that I couldn't rescheduled. The delivery guy calls at 11:15AM and said he was on his way, but wouldn't be there before noon. I told him once again that no one would be home and he needed to keep the nightstand. I immediately called the store and spoke with a salesperson who said they would look into the issue and get back to me. They NEVER did. I finally called and said, just leave the night stands at the store and I would pick them up. I went in to pick them up and told the sales people my saga. They said they would notify the store manager and she would be in touch with me on Friday when she was back in the store. Guess what....I'm still waiting for the call. If you do buy something from RH...make sure you have an alternative delivery option because their service is the PITS. read more
