That was about $875 savings as the sectional listed at $3499 in May of 2025. There was an issue with delivery as I was told by Raymour and Flanagan one of the pieces arrived ripped at their warehouse from the manufacturer H&M Furniture. That added about another month to the delivery as I told them to hold the other 3 pieces until the 4th one was replaced. The sectional is beautiful and was ordered in the teal/beige combo. The constructions seems very solid and the sectional is firm. It is very comfortable either sitting or lying down. So far I am happy with the purchase.

He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. The customer service is amazing and the girls that work here are just awesome. They always have a bright smiling personality and are always so kind and helpful. The products are the best, nothing beats their prices. Beware: it's a warehouse not a department store so expect to dig around for the good treasures. They're also on Facebook marketplace where they'll post many of the stuff they have available. Again, pics don't do justice you just have to come here and find all sorts of goods.

ReStore then called me back the next day to say they WOULD take them. By then I had spent $1,000 to have my contractor come back, rent a dumpster, and start dismantling them. If ReStore had told me from the beginning they would not take them, we could have used the dumpster already at the site. As it was, I stored the cabinets for a month waiting for ReStore, and the initial construction dumpster had been removed.

I've never seen another business do that because normally businesses don't help their competition. Their staff put my needs first, even though they weren't going to get any money out of it. That actually makes me want to go back to their store when I do need something else in the future. Other businesses should learn from that model. That's a rare thing in this day and age. I also called the manager to let them know how courteous their employees are and they told me they get comments like that about their staff regularly so it's not an anomaly. Their staff is really helpful and will help you get what you need even if they don't carry what you need themselves. I have always enjoyed shopping here. They have a higher quality of products than their counterpart down the street. There's tons of parking here. You will never lack for parking.
