The customer service is amazing and the girls that work here are just awesome. They always have a bright smiling personality and are always so kind and helpful. The products are the best, nothing beats their prices. Beware: it's a warehouse not a department store so expect to dig around for the good treasures. They're also on Facebook marketplace where they'll post many of the stuff they have available. Again, pics don't do justice you just have to come here and find all sorts of goods.

The worker stated it was plugged in and had heated up quick. This turned out to be far from the truth. the parts were rusted and dirty and while the item turns on it doesn't heat up or work. The manager did refund my money however I spent a total of three hours traveling there and back. I can say be careful before going here as you may not get exactly what you pay for.

From an informative, patient and friendly salesman (Joe) to everyone else in the store, we were treated as well as we could have desired. Prices were a bit lower than those of other dealers, too. The delivery was seamless, respectful of our home, and completed by two very pleasant people. They also have an extraordinary gift shop, which we found to be a hidden gem in itself. In all respects we find this store to be a refreshing departure from other furniture stores, and it will be our go-to place from here forward.

We've had the hot tub now for two years, use it weekly, and are completely obsessed. It's the most soothing way to start and end the day. We also got their monthly valet service cause there's no playin around with a hot tub, and they do a bang-up job every time. It's so clean and they're so reliable, texting the day before that they're coming by. Even the smell of the hot tub after they clean it is heavenly! We had had our gas…read morefireplaces cleaned a few months ago by another company but they said they were unable to replace the pilot light on one fireplace (it was broken). Rusharn took apart the unit and showed me the mess that was left inside the unit that the last company had missed, it was pretty bad. The other company had not disassembled it completely, just did a surface cleaning. Rusharn was lovely to work with, efficient, on time, and so kind with our huge dog. And he charged less to clean and replace the pilot light than the other company did just to clean the unit! I will always use Black Swan form now on. They do get booked up in the winter (because they are so good!) so I made a note in the calendar to have them come out in the summer from now on, when the wait time is less. Highly impressed!

Ordered replacement glass for my woodstove and had it professionally installed. The glass was…read moresnuggly fit and it cracked after the stove ran for a few hours and then cooled down and I got it running again. This company said that the installer made the glass too tight and they wouldn't refund my money. I ordered a 2nd piece and had a guy install the 2nd piece. This time the guy showed me that the glass wasn't even snug in the stove. He could slide it around in the housing. This showed me it was looser than the just snug fitting I was told was how this glass should have been installed. The stove ran and then cooled down overnight. When I got the stove running again in the morning the new glass also broke. Keep in mind. I have 1 piece of original glass that was reinstalled by this technician with a new gasket at the same time as the first piece of replacement glass. That piece is perfectly fine and hasn't cracked. This company sells inferior products and should not be used.

As previously mentioned, there's no flashy showroom or big advertising campaign. The store is tucked away next to a go-kart track and can be a bit tricky to find, but seek it out. That means you'll only be paying for a quality mattress and getting a great price. I had done some web research about mattresses since shopping for one can be overwhelming. Factory Bedding doesn't have hundreds of "S brand" mattresses (which my research tells me are higher on promotion than quality) but they do have really good value ones. Carlos is very low key -- he's friendly and knows his stuff. We've had our mattress for a couple of weeks now and are very happy with it, in addition to having gotten an excellent deal. The delivery was prompt, too. A side note about how nice the owner is: When we stopped in to shop for a mattress, there was a lady whose car had broken down. She clearly wasn't there to buy anything, but Carlos gave her a place to sit and let her charge her cell phone while she waited for a ride. This bit of kindness and decency says a lot about a person and a business. Don't waste time and energy getting a pushy sales pitch from a chain with a big ad budget. See Carlos first.

This place had a large showroom of new and used stuff- I actually saved some money gettin some nice used desks instead of new ones for my home office. Its just left me with a good feeling inside that a local business still has a niche in the local marketplace...
