Chris was very professional and friendly. He called me when the table and chairs arrived which was happily a little quicker than expected. He set up delivery on a Sunday and gave us a time frame. They brought another chair that also squeaked, and the delivery people were unable to take the other armchair because they were unable to remove the metal ring from the bottom. The coffee table came damaged. Had to be returned. The second try, the coffee table came in good shape. Thank goodness. Then another swivel armchair had a metal ring that stuck out and wasn't level with the floor. Still waiting for a technician to address that. A lot of stress from buying furniture at this store.
