We ordered a custom sofa from Sheffield with COM fabric. The sofa was delivered with the correct fabric and looked good. However, we later realized that the chaise portion of the sofa was 3 inches narrower than specified on the order form. Instead of being 39" wide (interior) it is 36" wide. Sheffield has refused to do anything to make the order match what was specified, what they agreed to, and what we paid for. They claim that being 3" narrower is "within spec" and maybe a result of the fabric pulling it narrower. The fabric!?! Pulling a wooden frame in 3"?!? An absurb dodge to avoid their cost to rebuild the sofa as specified. Sheffield did not stand behind the contract that they signed to deliver quality furniture.

My friend picked up an Elvis doll and my other friend picked up a vintage Barbie doll. So many cool finds. You really need to look around as they have newer stuff and old vintage finds. The bulk of their lineup is made by Lancaster County craftsmen, so if you buy here your dollars are supporting Pennsylvania businesses. TIP: If you are coming here, parking is A LOT easier in the Village Green Shopping Center parking lot next door. I've mostly been a donator who always picks this location to bring my stuff because it's The closest Goodwill to a small city that is economically disadvantaged. The people of said city need only take a short bus ride to shop at this Goodwill that has many high quality clothing items because of its proximity to Swarthmore. The donation area is out back at a garage door and is usually staffed by one or two people.If donating try avoid a Saturday because it's a madhouse.Your best bet is to get here before 3 o'clock on a weekday because it gets busy there after.
