He was very patient as I tried the mattresses. No pressure at all. I purchased a mattress and my brother did too. It is being delivered Thursday. Besides the prices, the product is made locally in Marion Iowa. The mattress is made the day before it is delivered. I would highly recommend it. Taylor is the best!

The furniture here is a bit pricy but it's super high quality!! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. He was wonderful! The showroom is well laid out with plenty of room to move and test out mattresses! They have great sales. And great every day prices!! I will be back to get a mattress closer to time of buying a bed frame. Which we may be getting that from here.

We bought a $3500 couch and…read morewe've had it for less than 6 months and for 2 1/2 of those months the electronic mechanism on at least one part of the couch has been broken. The couch was delivered with a broken selectronic headrest on the chaise. It took the company a week to replace it. Within a month the armless recliner mechanism broke. We bought the warranty Unfortunately they are only able to come out Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:00. Which is when my husband and I work so they could not fix it. We tried to return it but they told us it was outside the 30 days and wouldn't let us return it . We also asked for a refund for our warranty since we can never use it because we work during normal business hours and we were told we had to contact a different company for that .They agreed to exchange it but brought the wrong piece. So one month later ( having a recliner stuck out open in the middle of our living room) we finally got a working armless recliner. Then 3 months later the armless recliner broke again and we went through the exact same problem and it wasn't replaced for a month because first they tried to send out a service person when we weren't home, then sent out the wrong thing before delivering the right piece. I have spent so much time on the phone and chat with this company and I can honestly say it is one of the worst companies and customer services I have ever experienced in my life. The only good part of the company is the delivery guys who I tried to give credit to but come to find out they are third party and don't even work for Bob's. I will never buy anything from this company and will try to stop anybody I know from buying anything from this company.

The MANAGER told us this!! And the worker said 3 other clients on the past week said the same thing that they are misinforming customers they ended up leaving the couch and not fixing anything this is not worth it Reviews don't lie or ratings listen and save yourself some time pls. We thought it would cost a lot but for the bed, the box and the frame to cost what it did along with a cheap delivery fee there was no way we were passing that up, and to get it delivered the next day, yeah we were sold. Customer Service representatives Sheena and Shalonda responded immediately, and made what could have been a highly frustrating and negative experience very positive, and presented the face of a company that appreciates the value of solid customer service and what benefits that brings to the company. The damages to our 6-drawer dresser will be made whole thanks to the efforts of these two excellent representatives of Homemakers. I cannot express enough what a positive experience this was despite some challenges with the shipping contractor. Would order from Homemakers.com again without reservation.

Homemakers' is a place you can get some quality pieces at a reasonable price.
