I received follow-up emails and text messages for the pickup, where the donated furniture was going, and reassurance that the family furniture was going to the right place. Because the furniture was too big for me to move outside, and as Restore can't come into the house, Restore assigned the pick-up to Bulk Brothers. Bulk Brothers acknowledged the assignment, and began their own follow-up text messages, keeping me informed of the vehicle license plate that would do the pickup, driver, and time for pick up. I received all items except the dresser, even though the dresser and the delivery/assembly fees were paid in full at the time of purchase. Shortly after my purchase, the store where the order was placed closed. Since then, I have visited several nearby Regency Furniture locations with my receipt to ask for help. Each time, staff were courteous and tried to look up the order in their system. They informed me that the dresser would be ordered or made available, but I did not receive any follow-up communication or delivery. At this point, more than 18 months have passed, and the dresser has still not been delivered. I am writing this review to share my experience and to request that the company help resolve this long-pending issue by either providing the dresser or advising me on the appropriate next steps. I hope this situation can be resolved soon.
