We returned to this store who now has a different store manager from the original purchase. Aracelli, the store manager was extremely helpful in advising what I needed to do to file a claim. After I filed a claim, the company sent a mattress specialist to determine the issues with the matress. Once the claim was approved which did not take long, I returned to the store again to get a replacement mattress, and was again greeted by Aracelli. She was extremely helpful and most patient with us. Showed us many different mattress' that would be helpful with our concerns. I would say she spent 4-5 hours with us. Was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the many selections to choose from. Once we chose which mattress we felt was suitable for us, she made the transaction seamless. Mattress Warehouse did give us a full credit for the mattress we were having issues with. I highly recommend Aracelli if you are in need of a new mattress, she goes above and beyond to to assist a satisfy. More than 5 Star. Patricia French

    My husband and I purchased a Casper mattress and Beauty Rest Advanced Motion base. The base lifts…read moreand lowers the feet and head, vibrates and has USB ports. We originally only went to Mattress Warehouse to lay on the mattress bc we were going to buy online due to the sale they were having it wanted to make sure we liked it although it had great reviews. My husband just had back surgery last year so the purchase was a big deal for us. Our Sale Representative, Arecelli, charged us $300 for the upgraded adjustable bed that included the vibration feature and USB ports, we agreed to this because we thought it would help when his back was hurting. When our delivery came we noticed it didn't have the vibration or USB ports. We drove to the store, Surg, the store manager, assured us that Arcelli, would call to schedule the exchange, on Thursday, it was not a big deal. Thursday afternoon, we still hadn't received a call, so we called them. Surg, became fixated on the mattress price, I realized by the way he was treating me that he didn't care about the base, they were more concerned about the mattress and the price we paid for it. I explained that she price matched and that's why we bought from them that day. I was then told the frame we purchased had been liquidated (selling for pennies on the dollar to get rid of quickly) when I asked what "liquidated meant, he said out of stock without a restock date? We shouldn't have been able to buy it then, right? (It's still an option on their website and says in stock) I was so confused what that had to do with us. I asked him, if I could just get the $300 back or a comparable bed frame. I was told I got a good deal for what I have. They told me that they were applying the $300 towards the cost of the mattress because we shouldn't have been able to buy it that cheap. Imagine my surprise and confusion, I wasn't going to buy from them, I just wanted to lay on the Casper. Arcelli convinced me that they could get us exactly what we wanted by price matching and it would get delivered faster, so we bought from them. At this point, they won't help me work on a resolution. They told me to call the district manager, but provided the wrong phone number. I had to call back again to get the correct number. I reached a generic voicemail, that didn't mention a business or name so I have no clue who I'm waiting to call back. I wish I would have gone with my original plan of buying online. I still can't believe they want to apply my hard earned money how they see fit. BUYERS BEWARE
