am sharing my experience as a customer who is still waiting for a portion of my order to be delivered. About 1 year and 6 months ago, I purchased a bedroom set from Regency Furniture, including a bed, mattress, drawer chest, and dresser. I received all items except the dresser, even though the dresser and the delivery/assembly fees were paid in full at the time of purchase. Shortly after my purchase, the store where the order was placed closed. Since then, I have visited several nearby Regency Furniture locations with my receipt to ask for help. Each time, staff were courteous and tried to look up the order in their system. They informed me that the dresser would be ordered or made available, but I did not receive any follow-up communication or delivery. At this point, more than 18 months have passed, and the dresser has still not been delivered. I am writing this review to share my experience and to request that the company help resolve this long-pending issue by either providing the dresser or advising me on the appropriate next steps. I hope this situation can be resolved soon. read more

Wish I could leave less than one star. We bought furniture here on New Year's Eve 2024 and have YET TO RECEIVE IT. We call frequently to check on it and the arrival date at the warehouse keeps getting pushed back. Don't showcase furnishings you can deliver. We are patient but it has been almost 5 MONTHS and no furniture. Do better! read more

She was able to honor the President's Day discount and secured another discount for a discontinued piece. She even got on her hands and knees to find a model number when a piece of furniture was missing a label. She made shopping a pleasure. At check out, Leslie explained what to expect from the delivery process. She also offered us candy while we waited since my husband's blood sugar was low. Went in initially just to browse and we came across Mark he was very pleasant to talk too and showed me some great options and ended up loving a sectional . Only thing I was a little bit annoyed about was when it came to the paper work with the lady in front desk for starters I wasn't greeted it was straight to the point very dry and short when she was needing information from me and I wasn't asked for how long I wanted to finance for I overheard her ask mark 6months ? And that's when I asked if that was my only option and still wasn't really given any other options was just told by her that 12 months was the max. Other than that it was a pretty good experience. Gave 5 stars for initial sales service but it went downhill fast from there. The 5-piece bedroom set was delivered 3 separate times but all were partially damaged/cracked. We waited 8 weeks for the first delivery and was truly disappointed. We also wasted 3 days of leave as we were given a 4-hr block for delivery. After numerous phone calls to the their main office, we were finally able to cancel our orders but not without $165 delivery charge!! I lost a lot for no furniture! And, don't bother leaving messages for the store managers, they don't call back! 1 star for after sales service! read more

Went here looking for a foam mattress and they had about 7 different ones that I tried out. My salesperson was knowledgeable and NOT pushy. He gave me plenty of time and info on the different types and quantities of each. I ordered one and it was delivered four days later, set up and the old removed. They charged me 30 dollars to remove the old but it was well worth it. Very pleased with my experience read more

My wife and I were searching for a specific mattress and learned that this Regency outlet had a floor model. So we drove 30 min to see it. We were greeted by Maia, who spent the next 45 minutes with us. She explained the features of the top-of-the-line DreamCloud Premier Rest and had us try it out along with the other models for comparison. Maia was super knowledgeable, patient, professional and helpful - the opposition of many furniture store salespeople. She then helped us find an adjustable foundation and pillows as well. We highly recommend Maia! She is an asset to the Regency chain and provides concierge-like service to her customers. Maia, keep doing what you do! read more

Went here the Saturday before Thanksgiving and asked what Living-room furniture could I get and be guaranteed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. Salesman Mr. Geoffrey S., was very pleasant and showed me at least four-different sets that would arrive before Thanksgiving and it did. I just love my new furniture and delivery guys were pleasant as well and had everything put together in less than 10-minutes and out the door on their way to their next destination. Don't buy a bed from these folks, they do not stand by the products they sell. We bought a high dollar Beautyrest Black Medium mattress that is the hardest thing I've ever slept on. The floor model felt great wasn't anything like what was delivered now we are stuck with it because Regency does not stand by it's products. read more

Typically, we avoid store salesmen like the plague and do all our shopping online but today we needed to go physically into the store to test out a sofa. That's when we met Matthew and I can assure you he is NOT your typical Salesman! So knowledgeable, so helpful and so NOT pushy. We felt like we had our own personal shopper!
