THREE DAYS LATER I finally get hold of someone. "system down". Another week later they deliver. Drivers inform me I have to put the chair together myself. would NEVER have purchased if I knew that. Manager "oops, our bad" and offers a small refund. But can't actually give it because... all together now... "the system is down" FOUR WEEKS.

My previous table and chairs were 30 years old and never had any problems with it . also, this table and chair was not even used very much. I showed pictured of the chairs I want to add, she gave me wood colour samples so I could compare at home under the actual dining room light, very helpful, they are not cheap but you get what you pay for. My table (made by the same people bought and branded as Amish Oak Furniture, Loudenville, a different location of the store, is well over 20 years old and looks almost new. If you want quality wood furniture I strongly recommend Amish Oak Furniture either in Pataskala (the store I was at) or Loudenville. And no I am not an employee of Amish Oak, nor do I represent any advertising company that posts positive posts.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I brought them pictures of what I wanted, and with a little discussion, drawing, and flipping through product books, we came to a decision. We just got our furniture today, and I have to say I am VERY pleased with our custom pieces! They are incredibly sturdy and very well finished. The only thing is that they took a while to be finished. But hey, I was picky and wanted custom pieces.
