I was greeted by a man named Rich and I told him what I was searching for in a mattress. After guiding me to the mattresses that suited my needs and explaining a bit about them, he left me to explore as much as I wanted. No pressure or hounding. Every mattress salesman needs to learn from him! Rich also offered us beverages and snacks while we browsed. Bonus points for that :) After some time, I made a decision and he quickly assisted with the purchase. The whole process was incredibly smooth! I'm so impressed with the amount of mattresses available to try and with the quality of the store! After leaving, I kept saying how happy I was with my shopping experience. They apologized and said they would come and clean it up. I was surprised when the manager knocked on my door a couple hours later with his van and loaded it up. He apologized profusely and explained that they typically don't remove people's old beds but maybe they were trying to help my elderly neighbor and weren't thinking through everything. I don't get this level of service when I'm a paying customer, much less when I'm just calling to complain about something I didn't purchase. Next time I need a mattress I'll look here first.

On the date of delivery, I received a phone call from the delivery team that they were running early and asked permission to come earlier. John and Andre were great to work with. The end tables perfect. Dining room table is just okay but, after a year 1 chair leg broke. I live alone and since the pandemic i have had only had 1 party. Now I'm down to 3 chairs. As for the mattress, I would say inspect the item they deliver carefully before they leave. I did not. I flip my mattress regularly but today since I'm doing it during the day I notice water stains all around the sides. I also always use a mattress pad to cover it. These stains are from the mattress standing on its sides in the warehouse or something. Also, there is a dip in the middle. Like the edges are firm but if you sleeo near the middle you are sinking. Lesson learned. I won't shop for a mattress at a discount store again. This is a serious purchase as we all need a good night's rest.
