We purchased Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid High Point 14" Firm Mattress Twin XL prime adjustable King bed. We also purchased two adjustable frames, two additional Sealy XL twin mattresses for guest room. We spent $6,008.00 which was supposed to include free delivery and set up. We find out that we were to have a $200.00 gift with purchase and the so called free delivery and set up was taken from the $200.00 gift. So beware. One would think that good business practice would be to include delivery with a $6,008.00 purchase. very poor. read more

Purchased $5,000 mattress September 2019. Delivery company destroyed our home and the adjustable base that a $1099 option on top of the mattress price. Had to wait 2 more weeks on a new base requesting that the same people NOT reappear at our house! However, been trying for 2 months to have the necessary replacement of items and repair of items handled. Front door destroyed, brand new wreath broken and bedroom door has chunks out of it. Sad thing is is that a new door will look hideous as the doors of our home are from when the house was built in the 1950s. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM THEM!!!!!! read more

Horrible!! Stay clear of this company. Purchased a Curve 12inch Plush Memory Foam Mattress, for about $747 with tax. Wanted the 12 inch, so had to pay $100 more. When delivered, and waited the 48 hrs. to inflate, it never reached 12 inches. I then sent back for being defective. The men that came to retrieve the defective mattress arrived, they came into the house and dropped the queen size mattress on the floating hardwood floor. My husband said, "Woah, be careful", the man went into my husbands face and said, "you got a problem". I along with my husband were fearful. He looked like he was going to cause harm to my husband. My husband told him that the floor is a floating floor and it could possibly crack. We then let him bring the mattress into the bedroom and said very little due to being fearful. This mattress again, barely got to 10 1/2 inches. So started a return. Worked with a Hermitage, PA store employee to get the return credit. He had to fight with his own company to get the return initiated. We told them the product that we paid $100 more for, to get the 12 inch mattress, was not inflating to barely 10 1/2 inches. They finally allowed the credit process to go through. I waited 3 weeks. No credit. I called, got the run-around. So filed a dispute on my credit card. I waited additional 2 weeks, and called the store, the employee at the store was told by management that if I take the dispute off, they would issue the credit in 3-5 days. I told them I didn't feel right doing that, but felt if this could move the credit along I would acquiesce. Well, found out after another week from my credit card company, that if you remove a dispute, and want to re dispute, you CANNOT!! The credit card company said, a "company" knows this. So, I was left high and dry. The employee tried to help, but his manager was giving him lip service. I went to the Eastwood Mall store where the employee was working ( they move employees, from store to store) and told him that until I got my money credited I would not take no for an answer!. I finally got to talk to the district Manager, Dustin. He gave pretty much lip service to me, but I must have woke him up enough to get some type of response from Mattress Firm. This is 2/25/22 and I just received the credit on my card. It is not worth the stress and constant follow-up with this company. Avoid them like the plague. Go to a local mattress company that has local ties to the community. This company is a rip-off. They were bought out a few years ago by a conglomerate and it shows. Don't buy from them. read more

Extremely impressed. Professionally greeted, friendly, shown a selection that fit my needs and left with a brand new mattress in under thirty minutes. Admittedly this should have been my first choice. Wanting to support the local chain, three months ago I went into Sleepy Hollow across the street. I had a great sales person who set me up with a very nice adjustable bed. She was extremely helpful and professional. Went out of her way to keep in touch all the way through delivery. Based on that experience, returning to get a mattress set for my guest room was a no brainer. Or so I thought. Yesterday, I was out front waiting for them to open and ready to make a purchase. From the time the sales person pulled up in the parking lot I was ignored. It would have been an easy sale for him. Consequently I left, walked across the street to Mattress Firm who wanted my business that day. read more

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. About 1 year ago I bought a floor model mattress and box spring with a full warranty. After about 3 months one side of the mattress started to collapse. We filed a warranty claim and were given an exchange. I assumed that this was the gamble I took when buying a floor model. We ended up having to pay more for a replacement because they were no longer on sale (same mattress) but I was okay with that because I wanted to be comfortable. Well, here we are, about 6 months later and it is doing the same thing . I filed a warranty claim and they denied it citing that the frame or box spring was damaged and causing the problem. I attempted to call them and apparently you cannot actually speak to someone in the warranty department, it has to be a live chat online. I called the store and spoke to the manager at the Boardman location. I was told he couldn't do anything for me. I told him that I was literally sleeping in a hole.. When I tried to explain that I cannot even sit on the side of the bed to get dressed because I slide off, I was told that mattress were made to be laid on, not to sit on the side. Really!? C'mon, I challenge you to find a way in or out of a bed without sitting at some point. I did the live chat and was told I filed the claim under the wrong category and that I could file another. Well I did, this time providing pictures showing it was level and sturdy. Denied again for the same reason. Now I cannot seem to get the live chat to work again. Long story short, I wasted $1000 on a mattress I wouldn't give away for free. I went elsewhere and bought a new mattress so that I can get a decent night's sleep. I will be filing a claim with the BBB this evening. I would highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere! read more
