Our experience with Grove Appliance for our new fridge was first-rate. We have experience buying appliances from three stores - one of which was a large well-known retailer. Out of all three, we had the best experience at Grove. Their friendliness, expertise, ease of purchasing and delivery, and selection were perfect. We went in on a Friday afternoon. We were greeted within a few moments and let the sales lady know what we were looking for. She knew exactly what we needed, and that's the fridge we went with - an LG. Both her and the lady processing the sale were extremely kind and helpful. They booked the delivery 5 days out but it wasn't an issue for us. It sounds like they can accommodate quicker deliveries for emergencies, however. The two guys delivered the fridge a few minutes before the window and called ahead of time. They were in and out in about 30 mins. Super polite and helpful. All in all, we highly recommend Grove Appliance for your new appliances - and their repair division (Sam's Appliance Repair) for your repairs. We've used them twice. Grove even has some special for you if you're a first-time customer. That was the icing on the cake! read more

As they were removing the old range, the delivery men broke the tempered glass door on the front of the range. As it broke, it sprayed shards of glass all over the kitchen. I got sprayed and as my hand and arm were bleeding and dripping on the floor, the delivery men laughed. They left shards of glass as they were taking the range out of the house, in the hallway, the living room, the front door, the front porch, the walkway, and the drive way. They left two piles of shards in my kitchen and living room. They left knowing what a mess they had created, and then left it all for me to deal with. These two delivery men were certainly bad representatives of Grove Appliance. I have tried to get some resolution from Grove Appliance, but they have not returned my call. I thought that Grove Appliance prided itself on customer service. Sadly, I found this not to be the case. I am greatly disappointed. read more

Excellent service as always. We've been using Grove ever since we moved to the area in August of 2020. They have been nothing but helpful. We got our washer and dryer delivered yesterday AND installed AND it was installed correctly!!! The 2 gentlemen that delivered our items were very knowledgeable, helpful and caring about our items and our home. They called when they were about 15 minutes out and arrived within that time frame. If I could request them everytime in the future I would. We will never stop choosing Groves for our home needs, even when we choose to move in the near future. When choosing our appliances out in the store it was such a breeze. We were able to make our choices and feel comfortable making such a big decision because of the knowledgeable staff. I had a service call on my dryer and it was given to me by my grandparents 8 years ago and they had used it for years so I was assuming I would be told I needed a new one. Instead the service tech informed me it was just a couple of bad rollers and asked if I wanted the belt replaced while he was here and had it all opened up. He gave me pricing ahead of time for the additional cost of the belt and it turns out he even remembered my grandparents who have been gone for several years. Definitely a great experience from a service perspective which is why I now buy virtually all my appliances at Groves. read more

Our first experience with Grove! The Grove Guys Installed our new dryer a few days ago. We love the dryer and the installers were professional and efficient. We are very shocked at the prices of appliances theses days, (thanks Biden), but we know they are high in every store. Home Depot didn't even have a gas dryer in stock, (thanks again Biden), and even if we had ordered one online they no longer install gas dryers. So Grove is our new heroes. Found a dryer there and they delivered it a few days later. Hauled the old one away too. We highly recommend Grove Appliances in Alliance! read more

My grandparents bought their appliances from Grove and so did my parents. For over 20 years, I have also been buying my appliances from Grove. It is ridiculously simple to do business with them. You simply walk in, tell them what you need and they help you choose what is best for your needs. They have a great selection and I don't bother shopping them as their prices are always fair. We came from Massillon because my first experience had gone so well. We were greeted at the door and left to look around. Dominick was available for our product questions and went the extra mile in helping us select the fabrics for our sofa. The delivery team was fast and friendly while showing care with our sofa. We started our shopping for a new stove at Groves and we could not find anywhere better an them (the people, the service, price, and even the delivery). From the first time we walked into the store we LOVED it. We have also used their service department as well and they were great too. Was in need of washing machine and without feeling like I was pushed into buying the model I did the salesman stepped aside and let my wife and I discuss our options and research multiple machines. Have bought many different products at different times...washer & dryer, adjustable bed, fridge, mattresses, etc. They deliver and set up as needed. Delivery teams are courteous and experienced. The staff is friendly and helpful when you need it (not overbearing!). They were knowledgeable of the different products, helping you to compare items and find what you truly want. I had a dryer belt break They were here when they said they would be they kept in touch with me and let me know what time for sure I got the extended warranty on my appliances and I'm glad I did I have no complaints at all They were very kind and professional. We bought a refrigerator from Grove and are very pleased with it. The salesman at the store was very helpful and courteous.
