The salesman, Jason, took the time to listen to what I wanted, built the shed with me to match the one I had designed on their website. They were able to complete the project from start to finish themselves and I didn't need to hire a separate contractor for the gravel base. James laid the foundation and a week later a team of 3 amazing tradesmen came out and had it built in an hour and a half. JDM was the only company out of 4 we hired in the last month to do work that actually gave a TIME and date. They also showed up in the 2 hour window. Most the other companies just showed up with no precall or anything. I cannot tell you how happy I am about this new chapter in my woodworking adventures. The posting said they would be $391, and although I showed him the current posting, he would not honor it in part or whole. He said he does not have time to remove postings. The only offering was a "special" at 8% off. Very disappointed at the lack of concern for a current advertisement and refusal to honor it. I would not give my money to this business as they clearly are not in the habit of practicing customer service. Buyer beware.

We had a severe problem with the mattresses while still under warranty. They sagged badly and did not keep their shape with no one on them. We both got bad sleep and aches and pains in lower back, shoulders and hips. I had to change position so often I told my wife it was like trying to sleep while on a rotisserie. We called the factory and found out their warranty is nothing more than a dirty joke. They sent a "dude" from the factory who showed up with an "I'm not going to warranty your mattress" attitude right from the moment we answered the door. I laid a board from the top to the bottom of the mattress and showed him with a ruler that it dipped where you would lay by several inches. He said "Yeah but it doesn't dip ENOUGH". He would not say how much it had to sag before they would warranty it. I showed our receipt, the warranty and the failure of the product. NONE OF IT MATTERED. THEY JUST WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY NO MATTER WHAT. Our only choice was to file suit at a high cost to us or chalk it up to being ripped off which is what I feel they counted on. As a result they screwed us on the warranty even though it had not expired, we had our receipt and their product clearly failed. We had to go elsewhere to buy a quality mattress to replace the trash they sold us. WE WLL NEVER BUY FROM THE ORIGINAL MATTRESS FACTORY AGAIN.

Great service from this location…read more Stopped in to get some paint for my bedroom and the staff was extremely helpful. We just bought a new house and have been working to get everything upgraded. I imagined that going in to get paint, they would be super pushy to get me to add on a lot of stuff, totally not the case. They made the entire experience very enjoyable. So my comments for the product. Before going in I already had a couple of colors picked out by using their ipad app. For the most part, I would say the colors turned out how I had expected. The picture I took of my room was with the light on, so it made the colors seem a bit lighter than they actually were. My only recommendation would be to take multiple pictures and lightings, that way you know how it will look at all times. Not disappointed in my one light picture tough, the paint turned out great. We went with the emerald with the eggshell sheen. I ended up doing a couple of coats for the dark blue that we had, the light grey covered well with only one coat. The paint is very thick and so great to use. Never had issue with dripping or splashing off from the roller.
