What was a shame is the fact that the king size floor model was drastically marked down on sale but it was way too large for the room, sigh :-(. Anyway, we needed a new mattress, too, so Hilda said they would give us a good deal on the whole purchase amount and she brought in manager Victor. He worked his magic and came up with a price we thought was very fair and gave us a nice savings off retail. We made the purchase and knew we'd have to wait two or three weeks. There is a $99 delivery, old haul-away, and setup fee we pay separately to the delivery company they use. Overall, a great purchase experience.

As soon as I get my first statement, I realize I am -$1000 on a credit card. He told me he was going to charge my card and leave me in a negative status. I would've either paid in cash or not purchased everything. I am extremely upset and can't believe this was done without my approval. Take your business elsewhere or maybe just a different Ashley store. The furniture is beautiful, but what they did was not okay.
