I called a total of 7 times before it was somewhat solved. I was met with such rudeness and disrespect throughout those 7 calls. Blame was placed on me a multitude of times when I have the proof of their mistake (sending a different item than I ordered). This mistake caused me to lose about $150. Horrible customer service and horrible business model. Avoid this company.
