I had my carpet put in a few years ago and it needs to be restretched. I came here since they put it in. I came in to have it stretched 3 months ago and they never came or called me to make an appointment. I come in today and I was told that I'd have to wait. He said last week would have been great but he didn't call me like I'm a freaking mind reader who should have known to call and remind them of their damned work order. He only seemed to care when i paid him to put the carpet in. And he knows damned well that it's hard to have folks stretch carpet they didnt install. This is so fucked up, my carpet they installed needs work and I'm not important enough for them to fix it. Don't shop here, go up the street, they back their work and care for their customers. read more

Everyone of these workers from the owner to the installers, everyone had to work beastly hard to remove a complete mess that another company made when they were supposed to do water remediation and then reinstall the casualties of having a water heater bursts, the cabinets, replacement floor tile installed. Sadly all the other company touched they damaged worse, it has been a nightmare. After being stuck with this bottom of the barrel company for the repairs for over a year without a kitchen - there has to be something that holds these insurance repair companies accountable to to do a good job in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, a year after the original flood in my home, after the flooring that the "other company" put down their replacement floor the did such an ugly, messy, damaging, job, where it wasn't popping up the goop they spread so thick underneath the self stick panels, the goop/excess carpet adhesive they used fart too much off...reminded me of the Santa Barbara Oil Spill - instead of walking on the beach and getting tar on the bottom of my feet...It was a HORRIBLE MESS! Thank you for so much help - goes to Vince, the owner, his son(s), and his absolutely fantastic workers who were able to remove all evidence shop of the destruction done to my house by the other really bad company and have put in a gorgeous perfect laid properly with no bad angles, no adhesive glue getting everywhere. They did an extremely professional re-do of the worst job I've ever seen any company do. Now that Fashion Flooring has ripped out the ridiculously poorly installers floors they look incredible! Everything matches all the tiles are aligned properly and meet the walls and doors properly and transitions are installed the way they're supposed to be, and using the right materials into other rooms. Beautiful flooring! The average person saves for a long time and I'm no exception. In the 40 years I've owned two houses and this is my second time to go thru this. I dreaded this as it's like moving out then moving in, and putting 10#'s of crap in a five pound bucket! We moved our 7 room house into three tiny bedrooms. Now the great part of that was the guys, Justin and Daniel were great, they worked their butts off they did the heavy lifting. Justin is like an artist!. The flooring looks fantastic, carpet tight, floor straight and wife loves it! Anyway got thru it, there was a small hickup and it may have been a "not hearing" what was said or the person not getting it across to me but anyway the only thing I'll say about it is: make sure on what is included and whats not! A person who hasn't put flooring in don't assume that a closet is part of the bedroom. Now moving on: the crew was great, flooring great! I would recomend again! read more

We shopped around for new wood flooring and they were tops in their price, availability of stock and samples, and their service.
